This is the street view of the Lot 8 building site from the cul-de-sac.

Here is the view of the dunes and gulf from the approximate building site. If the DEP have there way with the
CCCL and 30 Year Erosion Line remapping, the gulf front lots in front of Lot 8 will not be buildable.
