The front of these neat little X flood zone first tier duplexes that are just steps from the community beach walkway.

This closup view of the under-house parking areas shows the separate outside storage for each half of the duplex.

This is a shot toward the bay from the stairs of The Sand Trap. The community bay access and dock is just a few steps south of Reef Dr at Pilot Dr.

This photo is taken from the base of the community beach walkway just steps away from these two units.

Let's start off looking south down the beach toward the Stump Hole.

And at sunset, we want to face more or less due west to catch the famous Cape San Blas sunsets.

And finally the view due north up the beach.

Puting it all together, this is what the beach looks like in panorama.

This plat map shows where the Silent Sands community bay access and dock are located.

From the top of Pilot Dr, the access and dock are just to the right of the little cottage in this photo.

Here we are looking out the long dock ramp over the marsh grass. The channel behind Pig Island is navigable during all but the lowet tides.

This shot is looking back toward shore from the shared dock. My truck can be seen parked beside the base of the dock.

This photo of the business end of the dock shows plenty of room to tie up your boat and a convenient bench seat to view sunrises and watch sea birds from.

Here we are on the community walkway, headed for sunset on the beach.

A typically gorgeous Cape San Blas sunset. "Kick off the flip-flops, if you've got em!"
