Moving out to the gazebo and dock beyond . Note that there is water and power all the way to the end of the dock for easy rinsing. The Gazebo
has a swinging bench seat and a fish cleaning station, also with running fresh water.

The terminus of the dock has stairs for easy access to the water for scalloping, floundering and snorkling right off the dock. The dock is

The spacious under-house parking area has plenty of room for 6 large vehicles and/or a few boats and golf carts.

The main floor master is huge, has a king sized bed and opens to the upper screened porch. There is a beautifully tiled master bath with an oversized
marble Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanities.

The spacious second bedroom is at the opposite end of the main floor from the master and has a queen sized bed, sliding-door
access to the main level screened porch and is attached to the main bathroom.

The third bedroom also has a queen sized bed and shares the main bathroom.
