A typically spectacular sunset from the upper deck of Absolute Deckadence.
This beautiful home has three levels of decks facing the pool and
beach, with the main living level being the middle one -- which will be screened in the fall of 2010. Each level has walkouts from bedrooms and living
spaces. The ground level walks out to the pool deck and beach access and has a 2 piece bathroom and full sized fridge in the pass-through bar area.
The pool is completely operational and fenced. Here is the view of the beach over the pool and spa. There is a short walkway
to connect the pool deck to the beach walkway.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has access to the deck and features a 52" Sony Bravia LCD TV.
There are spectacular gulf views from the kitchen, dining area and living room. Take your coffee out to the screened porch.
The view of the beach and gulf from the living room is exceptional. There are some higher chairs in the screened porch to further open up the view.
This home features a beautiful open floor plan in the main living space and has gorgeous hardwood floors.
The dining room table has two extra leaves to expand the seating capacity to 12 or 14 -- and, of course, a spectacular view of the beach and gulf.
New appliances, 2 ovens, granite counter tops and a kitchen pantry closet await your visit.

You can get a sunrise view from the second living room/game room which is also on the main living level and has its own LCD TV, VCR and Blu Ray DVD Player.
The main floor bathroom, like all the other bathrooms, is beautifully tiled and has a granite countertop. This bathroom is conveniently
located between the game room and the main level bedroom.
The bedroom on the bay side of the main floor can be configured as two twin beds or bolstered together to make a king bed.
The main level bathroom is right outside the door.
The main level deck, has nice high furniture to maximize the pool, beach and gulf views.
The top floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and access to the top deck.
This bedroom has access to the top deck and the spectacular pool, beach and gulf view.

Three of the bedrooms and the office are beach front with access to the decks and spectacular views. This is the king bed in the
1st floor southwest bedroom. Note the new wall-mounted LCD TV.
The northwest gulf front bedroom on the first floor has a queen sized bed and gorgeous views of the beach and gulf. There is a walk out to the 1st floor deck and the stairs down to the pool deck, pool and beach walkway. This bedroom has a private vanity and shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The east-facing bedroom on the north side of the 1st floor features two bunk beds and ensuite access to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
The 1st floor has this Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the northwest gulf front bedroom and the rear bunk beds bedroom. This bathroom
has a shared shower and toilet but private vanities for each room.
Also on the first floor is another bay view (sunrise) bedroom with a queen sized bed and ensuite access to the 1st floor main bathroom.
The final bedroom floor amenity is this centrally-located full-sized washer and dryer.
The ground level has a two piece bathroom, a fridge with ice maker and this pass thru window, which can be used as a bar serving the pool deck.
