New, awesome pet-friendly home is as the name suggests, is “All Decked Out”. Located in a gated community on Cape San Blas, this home is set in very private
setting with over 200 feet to the nearest neighbor. All Decked Out has access to a community beach boardwalk with gazebo andseating that is only shared by 4 houses and a community boardwalk
to St Joseph Bay. With a private heated swimming pool, elevator, 3 screened porches, private decks and/or porches from every bedroom, an open roof top sun deck and a fenced dog run, this
home has it all. This spacious home was built in 2006, and makes for a wonderful romantic getaway or it can easily accommodate the large extended family group.
The numerous decks and porches allow guests to sit in the sun or shade, to view sunrises and sunsets and to take advantage of the breeze or be sheltered from it.
Everyone can have their own space if they want it, but there is lots of room for the larger group gatherings. Inside, there are several sitting areas for different
groupings. The home has an elevator, and is fully handicap accessible to the first two floors. The large pool area is in a private setting, facing south, with a full bath and covered area, just outside the gate. No need to run wet through the house to use
the bathroom or a private shower. There is a pool heater and solar cover to keep the pool comfortable in the cooler season.
This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. The main floor living area, which is located on the second floor to maximize views, has an open floor
plan, large kitchen, an electric fireplace, and walkout to the screen porch. The spacious living area has two distinct sitting groups, one with a queen-sized sleeper
sofa. The main floor bedroom, has a queen sized bed, private south and west facing deck and attached full bathroom.
The first floor has a beautiful master suite with king sized bed, private open deck and screen porch. The master bath has separate tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub,
and double vanity. The second bedroom on the first floor is a large bedroom with attached full bath and private screen porch. There is a twin over double bed, a
chair that folds out into a cot, a Pack 'n Play crib in the closet and another queen size sleeper sofa. The second floor also has a nice sitting area
and full-sized laundry facilities conveniently located between the bedrooms.
On the third floor, is the 4th bedroom, with full sized bed, separate sitting area and open sundeck. Imagine swinging on the hammock up at tree level and enjoying
the view of the Gulf or sitting out under the night sky dotted with stars. Amenities include wireless high speed internet access, gas and charcoal grill, dual air
conditioners, stereo, cable TV, WIFI, electric fireplace, games and movie library, wagon for trips to beach, Pak-n-Play
crib and booster seat and a fenced dog area. Linens are provided and we offer free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada -- very important as your cell phone likely won't work well here.
The pool is private and heated and there is community access to St. Joseph Bay across the road. The golf course is only 5 miles away and there are 3 boat ramps within 10 miles.
We have no high rises on Cape San Blas, you can walk down the beach and not see another soul outside of spring and summer peak weeks. You can leave your chairs
and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool. The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated
#1 Pet-Friendly Beach by K-9 magazine in 2006. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly.
There is a beautiful community walkway to St Joseph Bay. It is a scenic walk through the pines and palms to the bay, where you could kayak, canoe or wade to get
scallops in season.

Here is an overview shot of the pool, which is tucked in beside a large sand dune affording shelter from the wind and plenty of privacy.

We provide a heater and solar blanket to keep the pool warmer during the spring, fall and winter months.
The entire pool deck is sheltered behind the sand dune to the right in this shot. This provides loads of privacy
and also blocks the wind on those breezy days.
There is a nice partially-covered patio right off the pool deck that has access to a full bathroom, with indoor shower right next to the pool.
We have just added this fencing and gate to contain the puppies within the patio area.
The master bedroom on the 1st level has access to it's own private deck and separate screened porch.

Conveniently located at the rear of the 1st floor is the "kids" room featuring this twin-over-double bunk bed.
The kids room also has a queen sleeper sofa, a Pac 'n Play crib, bean bag chairs and a TV and DVD player for our guests use.
The bedroom at the rear of the main floor also opens onto a private covered deck and has private access to the main bathroom on this level.

Moving to the main floor on the 2nd level, here is the spacious open living room as seen from the stairs. Note the electric fireplace. There
is an entire seating group to the left out of this photo, including a queen sized sleeper sofa for overflow guests.

The dining area is also large and faces south toward the beach.

Outside the living room is a spacious screened porch -- this shot is looking at the south end of the porch.

On the third floor is a spacious suite consisting of a sitting room and a separate sleeping area, shown in the background here (without the bed -- it now has a bed shown in the next photo). This area, behind the elegant
French doors, can be closed off and the sitting room in the foreground has a sleeper sofa and is equipped with A/V equipment including a DVD/VCR. This whole space opens onto a very private rooftop sundeck.

Turning around, your see the top floor sundeck with its spectacular views toward the gulf and bay.

The beach walkway is located in the cul-de-sac and features a convenient gazebo half way to the beach to sit and observe the beach.

Swinging to the south, we are now looking due south out over the pristine white sand beach.
Continuing our panorama, this is a picture of the beach to the southeast from the same spot.

This shot, taken by a recent renter, shows her dogs on the beach having the time of their lives. Note that it is important for everyone to pick up after their
pooches and keep them "under control and under restraint", so that we can all retain the right to have our dogs on the beach.
