Beach Blas is a beautiful pet-friendly beach home with gulf views, nearby beach access and a private
in ground swimming pool. This beautiful home is only 200 steps to the western facing, pet friendly beach of Cape San Blas. It is less
than 2 miles to St Joseph Peninsula State Park just a short bike ride away on the nearby bike path.
The home has 4 bedrooms, and 3 and ˝ baths. The three master bedrooms each have their own private deck access and baths. With two back
decks and two side decks, you can find the perfect shade or sun, breezy or calm place to sit and relax with a group or on your own. The
decks overlook the pool area and the gulf view with its sun setting over the Gulf.
The first floor houses the kitchen, living room, half bath and dining area with walkout to the gulf view deck, with steps down to the pool
area. There is a master bedroom, with queen sized bed on the main floor, private full bath, and walkout to side deck area with sunrise
views over St Joseph Bay.
On the second floor, there is a king sized bed in the gulf front master with walkout to the gulf front deck. There is a queen master with
a queen sized bed, a huge walk in closet, and private access to the side deck. The 4th bedroom has two bunk beds.
Amenities include private in ground swimming pool, private outdoor shower, wireless high speed internet access, washer/dryer and dishwasher,
A/C, campground style charcoal grill, stereo, cable TV, 3 TV's and 2 DVD players and 2 VCR’s, boom box, and games and movies. Linens and
towels are provided.
We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another soul outside of spring and summer peak weeks. The
beaches are pet-friendly and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine.

This shot from the northwest highlights the extensive wrap-around decks on both levels. See the gulf from the two front decks
and watch sunrise over the bay from the two side decks. The main living level features a walkout to the deck
and stairs down to the ground and pool deck.
The view shows the beautiful natural vegetation with the Gulf of Mexico and beach in the background where you can watch spectacular
drip-down sunsets.

The master bedroom, on the upper level, features a queen sized bed, a huge walk-in closet, 9 foot ceilings, its own TV and private
access to the upper deck. The master bath has double vanities, a separate lavatory and shower room and a large linen closet.

The third master bedroom is at the back of the main level and has a private bathroom and private access to the lower side deck.

Under the stairs on the ground level there is loads of space to store your beach chairs, toys and fishing gear between visits to the
beach. There are typically lots of toys and beach stuff left over from previous renters.
Also on the ground level is this convenient hot and cold shower right off the pool deck.
Just a short walk down Tampico Dr is the community beach walkway.
And this shot is looking south down the beach from the Beach Blas walkway. Note the absence of people.
And this shot is looking north up the beach and again highlights the uncrowded beach. There is a 1/2 mile undeveloped stretch of beach just north of here in front of Rish Park.
And finally, a look due west across the wide white sand beach at the Gulf of Mexico. Our low-density beaches put a lot of space between
neighboring beach goers.
