This home has a great floor plan with expansive unobstructed beach views from all living areas including the four gulf front bedrooms, 2 with king-sized beds.

The two elevated decks are now joined by the large pool deck area and a new ground level beachside sun deck. There is a large screened upper porch with walkouts from three of the bedrooms. Exit the main living area directly down the sweeping wide stairs to the ground level deck, the gulf front pool or the beach walkway.

This home makes a perfect romantic getaway or a great family vacation destination, accommodating up to 12.

The home is on 75 foot beach frontage with an empty lot on one side and empty lots across the street. It has plenty of privacy. It has plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and a semi-circular drive.

Also on the first level is a gulf front bedroom with king sized bed, walkout to the deck and an attached full bathroom. There is also a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

On the upper floor there are three gulf front bedrooms – all with access to the upper level screened porch and two with attached bathrooms. One bedroom with private master bath has a king-sized bed. The second has two full sized beds and an attached bath, also accessible from the hall. The third bedroom/sitting area has a queen sized sleeper.


Beach Retreat - living room, dining area and kitchen.The house offers all the amenities, including private heated gulf front in ground pool, full laundry facilities, dual zoned air conditioning, stereos, 5 TVs, premium move channels are avail on the new 47" big screen TV in the Living Room, DVD, VCR, wireless DSL, unlimited long distance to US and Canada, two safes and both a 4-burner gas grill and a park-style charcoal grill. There are TVs with DVD players in every bedroom. It has a large covered deck plus a large screened porch looking out over the gulf. An outdoor shower with hot & cold running water lets you shower straight from the beach. The house features an open floor plan with great gulf views from almost anywhere in the house.

The 11 x 27 private gulf front pool is right beside the house and has a panoramic view of the beach and gulf from the pool deck. The fenced area around the pool is 20 x 40 and there is a huge 360 square foot ground level Trex deck between the pool and the beach walkway.

The large screened porch on the upper deck keeps any bugs at bay while offering sweeping vistas of the beach -- this one to the east toward Indian Pass. Note the large Trex game table in the center and the seating area to the left. Three new porch ceiling fans along with the splendid Gulf breeze make this a perfect place to relax and watch the dolphins.
