Imagine yourself enjoying this gorgeous sunset view over the pool deck taken from the upper level of Beach Retreat.

The 11 x 27 private gulf front pool is right beside the house and has a panoramic view of the beach and gulf from the pool deck. The fenced area around the pool is 20 x 40 and there is a huge 360 square foot ground level Trex deck between the pool and the beach walkway.

This gorgeous gulf front home sits right on the beach with expansive 180 degree views and has a sweeping double staircase to the ground level sundeck and beach. The huge upper level screened porch and covered main level deck are perfect for watching the dolphins play and viewing sunrise or sunset. Note the convenient foot washing spigot at the beach end of the walkway.

The large screened porch on the upper deck keeps any bugs at bay while offering sweeping vistas of the beach -- this one to the east toward Indian Pass. Note the large Trex game table in the center and the seating area to the left. Three new porch ceiling fans along with the splendid Gulf breeze make this a perfect place to relax and watch the dolphins.

Looking the other direction toward Cape San Blas, the sound of the surf will lull you to sleep at night. All four bedrooms are gulf front
and have direct access to the deck and porch. You again see the game table and a couple of lounge chairs.

Moving inside to the main living level on the first floor, the open living room, dining area and kitchen plan invites your group to enjoy the beach and gulf views and the amenities. The paint job, furniture and tile floor are all new including the full sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The spacious, modern, fully-equiped kitchen, with its own view of the beach and gulf, makes food preparation a joy. The floors are newly tiled throughout the main living area.

The kitchen has everything you could ask for in a rental home, including solid surface countertops, and there is extra dining space at the breakfast bar too.

Imagine dining on the main deck or just sitting looking at these spectacular beach and gulf views.

The view from the living room looks right out on the wide sweeping stairs to the beach, the ground level open sundeck and the private walkway to the beach.

Here is a view of the lower deck at sunset, with a couple of wine glasses waiting.

Also on the first level, is this master bedroom with attached bath, king sized bed and access to the deck.

This bedroom has a large closet, its own bathroom access and a TV with DVD player.

As with all the living spaces in this home, the view of the beach and gulf from the first floor master bedroom is spectacular.

Stepping out onto the main level deck, this is the view down the sweeping staircase showing the ground level deck and furnishings and the furnished beach end of the pool deck -- all newly redone in Trex decking.

Moving upstairs to the top floor, this is a second master bedroom with bath and king sized bed. It has it's own walkout to the screened porch and that spectacular view.

And, as with all the bedrooms, this one also has an expansive view of the beach and gulf.

At the other end of the upper floor, the 3rd bedroom has two full-sized beds -- sleeping up to four. This room also has direct access to the screened porch.

This bedroom also has a double closet and ensuite access to the upstairs full bathroom, which is also accessible from the upper hall.

Beach Retreat has a safe in each of the two master suites in which to lock up your valuables -- using your own code or credit card for secure access.

This bedroom has a view out through the upper level screened porch at the beach and gulf beyond.

In the center of the upper level is another gulf front bedroom/sitting room, with a queen sized sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center. It can be closed off with the double pocket doors or used as a second living room. Note the game table in the porch which is made of Trex decking.

Under the stairs is a nicely shaded lockable enclave, "Buddy's Retreat" that you can put your dogs in when you need a place to park them. Directly to the left you can see the new Trex, outdoor shower with hot & cold running water, a Kohler shower head, a foot-wash and a convenient built-in bench seat.

Beach Retreat faces south and enjoys winter sunrises and sunsets down the beach.
