lot, with almost 3600 square feet of living space plus decks and porches. You can see the beach and Gulf from the pool deck and from the
living area screen porch, living room, 3 gulf front bedrooms, etc. There are 2 full size kitchens and 2 living areas. This home makes a
perfect romantic getaway or a great family destination, easily accommodating 12.
This is a new rental offering starting end of December 2008. The home has lots of parking and a circular drive with extra parking area for
your boat or RV too. You enter the driveway of this pet friendly paradise and find yourself surrounded by palm trees and beautiful beach and
Gulf or Mexico views. On the lower level, there is a large living and dining area, second kitchen and large gulf front master bedroom with
king sized bed and private bath. Two queen sized sleeper sofas allow the lower level to comfortably sleep 6, with a full sized fridge, ice
maker, a second dishwasher, beach views and walkout to pool deck, gardens and private beach walk. The second conveniently-located, lower level
fridge makes it great for keeping your pool side beverages and food handy.
In the backyard, besides the beach and Gulf of Mexico, there is an oversized pool with 10 ft deep end, the spacious pool
deck and a charcoal grill. Enjoy sun or shade as you lounge on a raft or under the palms. If your “furry kids” are with you, they can lounge in a
shady area on the lawn in the fenced area around the yard and pool.On the upper level, there is the open kitchen, dining area and living room, with a walkout to the screened porch that overlooks the beach, Gulf and pool deck. The spacious gulf front master bedroom, has a king sized bed and a walkout to the gulf front upper balcony. The large master bath has a jetted tub, double vanities and a walkout to a private balcony overlooking the front gardens and drive. The living room has a wood burning fireplace.
On the other end of the house, there are two bedrooms, each with their own access to the Jack & Jill bath. The gulf front bedroom has
another king sized bed and walkout to the gulf front deck. The other bedroom has twin beds and a private balcony overlooking the manicured
front garden.The house offers all the amenities, including full laundry facilities, dual zoned air conditioning, stereo, TVs, DVD, VCR, wireless DSL, and a charcoal grill. It has two large covered decks plus an open ground level deck looking out over the gulf. An outdoor shower lets you shower straight from the beach. The house features an open floor plan with great gulf views from all most anywhere in the house.
During your stay, be sure to visit nearby Port St. Joe (10 miles), Mexico Beach (17 miles) and historic Apalachicola (20 miles) for fine seafood, dining, great shopping and lots of seasonal events.

A circular drive takes you to this beautiful beach front home. There are private balconies overlooking the front gardens from the
master bath and from the 3rd bedroom. Note that the garage is locked out as owner storage space.
The circular driveway is surfaced in scallop shells and the yard in front of the home is very private and beautifully
landscaped. There is plenty of extra parking for your vehicles, boats or RVs.
Here is the dining room and kitchen of this gorgeous home. The small table seen on the right seats an additional 4 people.
From the main living area you enjoy expansive views of the beach and gulf looking out over the pool. Note the new LCD HDTV.
Looking the other way shows the new LCD HDTV, the wood burning fireplace and, just visible on the right, the short hall to the 2 main
floor guest bedrooms, which share a Jack-&-Jill bath. The dining area and kitchen are to the right.

At the oposite end of the house is another gulf front bedroom with a king sized bed and access to a Jack-and-Jill
bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto the screened porch and has expansive gulf views.

The third bedroom, on the front of the house, also opens onto a private balcony overlooking the front garden.
To one side of the kitchen is the laundry room and pantry which has this convenient desk for you computer. The
home also features high-speed wireless Internet connectivity and unlimited long distance to the US and Canada.
On the ground level there is a complete apartment -- this shot shows the view toward the pool, the two separate
seating areas, both with queen sized sleeper sofas. Over to the left is the dining area for this level.

The lower level sports a large TV with built-in DVD and VCR.
Also on the ground level is this convenient second kitchen complete with stove, fridge, dishwasher and separate icemaker.
