Cape Oasis, is a gorgeous first tier home, located in a very private setting, with no immediate neighbors. This upscale home has a private heated pool with large pool deck, 2 car garage and lots of space. It is located on North Cape San Blas, where the sugar white sand beach is beautiful and the sunsets drip down into the water all year round.
This home is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It is one tier back from the beach with wonderful beach and bay views, wrap around decks and close beach access. It is surrounded at the side and back with a beautiful nature trail that winds through the palms and pines. When you are tired of the beach walk, there is a beautiful, private walk through your own natural setting.
Four of the bedrooms have private baths and an additional two piece bath is conveniently located on the main level. The 5th bedroom is a small bonus room off the garage with a queen sleeper sofa and a TV/DVD combo. The ground floor has a bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Also on the ground floor is the double garage to keep your cars cool on those hot days and a second full-sized fridge accessible from the pool deck. Cape Oasis also features both a 4 burner gas grill and a charcoal grill.
On the second floor, is the main open living area with spacious kitchen with new appliances, living and dining area and 1/2 bath. This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. There are high ceilings and upscale finishing touches with great views from the kitchen, dining area, living room and master bedroom. The main living floor and all bathrooms are beautifully tiled with carpeting in the bedrooms. All the full bathrooms have tiled tub/shower surrounds or full tiled shower stalls.
There are wrap around decks with access from the living area to western, northern and southern facing decks. You can watch sunrise over the bay, sunset over the Gulf, have access to shade or sun and be able to get into or out of the breeze. Part of the main level deck is screened to keep the bugs at bay during those seasons. There is also a bedroom with king bed, private bath and private deck overlooking the pool on the main level. The living area has a queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping space, bringing total occupancy to 12.
We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks. You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool.
The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly.

A wet bar with beverage fridge let’s you fix that cocktail to accompany sunset or bring a carafe of coffee for sunrise viewing.

Let's start with a gorgeous sunrise photo over St. Joseph Bay taken from the tower room deck of Cape Oasis.

The pool is 13 x 26, with plenty of room for your whole gang, and has steps that double as a bench seat for lounging in the shallows.

Moving up to the 2nd floor, we find the main living level. The dining room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped including a pantry closet. At the rear of this level, overlooking the pool, is bedroom 3 and the laundry room is to the right off the kitchen.

There is a two piece bathroom handy to the main living area and a door to the main deck and the stairs to the beach. There is also a bedroom back behind the kitchen.
The living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished and opens via a second door into the main level screened porch.
Stepping out into the screened porch we've provided a high table and chair set to maximize the view.
The living room features a 47" Vizio LCD HDTV on an articulating corner wall mount, a Pioneer 5.1 A/V Receiver with 6 speakers and an upscaling RCA DVD/VCR Player/Recorder.
At the rear of the main living level, we find the 3rd bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom, with tiled tub surround, and a walk in closet. There is also a door to a private wrap-around covered deck overlooking the pool.
This bedroom has a king sized bed.
Here we see the walk-in closet on the left, the armoire housing the 22" LCD TV/DVD, the ensuite bathroom on the right, and a glimpse of the main floor laudry room.

The main living level rear master bedroom opens onto this wrap-around covered deck which overlooks the pool and has spectacular views of the bay, the sunrises and the nature trail.

The main floor laundry room, with full-sized washer and dryer, is conveniently located next to the kitchen with access to a south-facing deck that wraps around to the pool side.
Moving upstairs to the 3rd floor we find this front master bedroom which features an ensuite bathroom seen in the rear, with walk-in closet, separate tiled shower and tub and double vanities. The 22 inch LCD TV has a built-in DVD Player.
The front master bedroom also opens to a private covered deck with expansive views toward the beach and gulf.
The private covered balcony off the front master enjoys a great view of the gulf.
The front master bedroom's ensuite bath features a walk-in closet, a tiled shower stall and separate tub.
This bathroom also has double vanities.
At the rear of the 2nd floor is another large bedroom with two queen beds, private ensuite bathroom, walkout to another private deck which overlooks the pool and gets beautiful sunrises over the bay.

This is the private balcony off the upper rear master bedroom. Note that there is a high deadbolt on this door to secure it if children will be staying in this room.

There is one more sleeping space off the garage on the ground level with this queen sleeper sofa in it. It can be used as a 5th bedroom.
This small room has a wardrobe and its own LCD HDTV/DVD Combo and it can use the main floor two piece bathroom.
The main level front deck has plenty of space, wrap-arounds on both sides and spectacular views. The screened porch provides a safe haven when the bugs are bad.
Moving to the top floor "tower room", there is a wet bar, a beverage cooler and the new table and stools. This is the perfect venue for watching sunrises and sunsets, reading a book or playing a game.
The tower room has windows on all four sides and spectacular views in all directions.
Here is the reason you climb up to the tower room, which features a wet bar and with icemaker. This gulf view is looking southwest down Haven Rd.
You can see over top of the beachfront homes for sunsets all year long.
The tower room and deck offer sunset vistas year-round. The convenient community beach walkway can be seen on the right.
And the spectacular bay view from the tower room deck offers sunrises all year round too -- for the early risers.
You can walk for many miles in this direction too.
