Cape Reflections is a beautiful, unique custom built Cape San Blas executive home with large deck with
awesome views of the western-facing gulf, a private heated in ground pool, spacious screen porch, beautiful finishing, and
it is located in a private setting. This home makes a perfect romantic getaway or a great family vacation
with direct beach access via walkway off of driveway.
The pool area is large with a patio bar and bar stools, loungers, lots of shade and sun plus direct
ground level access to full bathroom, outside private shower and screen porch. Screen porch has lots of
beach and pool toys and dining table. There is a solar pool cover which can be used on cooler evenings
to keep the pool much warmer.
Our home faces due west and gets beautiful sunsets over the gulf. Cape San Blas was recently rated number 1 beach
in the US by Dr Beach. K-9 Magazine recently
rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach. Cape San Blas is located on a beautiful peninsula
about 18 miles long, with 9 miles of State Park at the tip. Enjoy the gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side
and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point on the other.
Our home is beautiful with exotic wood finishes throughout, Italian porcelain tile, pantry cupboard,
and stainless steel appliances. It has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and sits on one of the
prettiest and most private sections of the Cape San Blas dunes with minimal development for a mile to the
north.
Our home features lots of privacy, direct walkway access to the beach and gulf and can accomodate up to 10
people. There is room to park your boat and the entrance to the state park is less than 2 miles away with
access to the boat ramp. The bike path is right near the house for bike access right to the state park.
The house offers all the amenities, including full laundry facilities, air conditioning, stereo, TVs, DVD, VCR, boombox, WiFi,
DSL, unlimited long distance, and a gas grill. We even have a library of books and music for your entertainment pleasure. It has a huge open deck (over 900 sq. ft.)
looking out over the gulf, with a chiminea for evening fires, and a gas grill.
It features an open floor plan with great gulf views. The loft affords sunrises over St. Joseph Bay and
sunsets over the gulf. This home also features a huge screened patio (over 500 sq. ft.) on the lower level
for those rare times when the prevailing Cape breezes don't quite keep the bugs at bay.
The main floor master features a king size bed and large master bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom
on the main level has a queen size bed. The kids love the queen size futon and tv/dvd player in the
loft and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The very private lower level master also has
a queen size bed and private bath.
There are two dining tables that easily seat 10 people. This home comes fully equipped to offer you and
yours the vacation of a lifetime. And yes, our home is pet-friendly and so are the Cape San Blas beaches.
We even have a pet gate on the upper deck.

The gulf view from the deck. It is only about 500 feet to the beach. The direct walkway to the beach
is accessible at the base of the driveway and is shared by only 3 other homes.
The spacious pool deck has the patio bar and lounge chairs. There is access to the outdoor shower, the screened porch and the ground level bathroom.
The huge spacious deck is nicely furnished (more chairs than you see here) and offers spectacular gulf views.
This chiminea is perfect to warm up those cooler nights and provide a romantic foreground to watch sunset or gaze at the stars.

There is lots of furniture on the pool deck and plenty of shade or sun.
The pool is 13 ft wide x 26 ft long so there's plenty of room for everyone in the water too. An electric pool heater has been added for the fall of 2010.
The spacious living room is surrounded by windows with expansive views of the gulf and sunsets.
This home is beautifully finished with many exotic woods, including the Black Walnut floating staircase to the loft. The main floor
2nd bedroom and main bathroom are visible in the background.
The living room features an entertainment armoire, which is equiped with TV, VCR, DVD,
CD and an ever-changing library of movies and games for your entertainment pleasure.
The view from the living room has plenty of water and gets spectacular sunsets.
The dining area is to the left and the fully-appointed kitchen, with pantry cupboard, is in the background. There is an extra dining table
by the window for overflow dining, game playing or romantic sunset view dining.

The main floor master bedroom is large and features a king size bed.

The second bedroom is also on the main floor and has a queen-sized bed.
The lower level screened patio is over 500 sq ft - the left door is another full bathroom
and the right door is the third bedroom, which also has ensuite access to the bathroom.

The downstairs bedroom is very private and makes a terrific separate guest suite.
The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite entry to the bathroom and has a wall-mounted 19"
TV up in the corner over the door.
The loft features 360 degree panoramic views of the gulf and bay. There is a queen size futon style bed and we have installed curtains around
the edges for privacy and blinds to control the sunlight. There is a 13" TV/VCR wall-mounted above the stairs.

The community walkway to the beach ends at the dunes walkover and is conveniently located just
right at the base of the driveway.
