The main floor master bedroom is large and features a king size bed, wall-mounted 19" TV/VCR and a
Jacuzzi garden tub.

The second bedroom is also on the main floor. The bedding continues the beach theme that
is another trademark of all our vacation rental homes.
The lower level screened patio is over 500 sq ft - the left door is another full bathroom
and the right door is the third bedroom. Note the nice patio furniture provided for our guests.

outdoor shower stall in the background, which features hot and cold running water.
The downstairs bedroom is very private and makes a terrific separate guest suite.
The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite entry to the bathroom and has a wall-mounted 19"
TV up in the corner over the door.
The loft features 360 degree panoramic views of the gulf and bay. There is a queen
size futon style bed and we have installed curtains around the edges for privacy and blinds
to control the sunlight. There is a 13" TV/VCR wall-mounted above the stairs.

The community walkway to the beach ends at the dunes walkover and is conveniently located just
right at the base of the driveway.
