The new February 2007 DEP survey of Lagoon to Gulf Lot 4. This topographic survey is required for DEP permitting as are the house plans. Our plans call for a 2764 sq ft 4BR 4.5BA gulf front home with a private swimming pool and an additional 784 sq ft of decks. The driveway strip platted to the right is 192 ft total to the paved cul-de-sac. This strip combines with the neighbors strip for a 15 ft shared driveway.
