As you enter the majestic circular drive, and see the home and Bay, you know that you have arrived at your special vacation spot. Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this gorgeous home with expansive views of the bay. Watch the awesome sunrises and eagles, and shore birds from the house, dock, huge screened porch or open sundeck. The sunrise view over St. Joseph Bay is so magnificent that it was recently featured in an Atlanta Southeast Airlines magazine article featuring the Forgotten Coast.
Four sliding doors lead you to the 60 foot, extensive screen porch. Overhead, there are 3 ceiling fans and lots of room for that large group gathering or to find a quiet corner to read a book. Enjoy peaceful days and evenings in that oasis with access to the open deck for preparing your dinner on the gas grill, getting some sunshine or star gazing. Stairs from the deck take you to the walkway to the dock. You can rent kayaks nearby and leave them at your own dock so that you can enjoy the pristine waters of St Joseph Bay.
The large circular drive makes it easy for you to drive your boat trailer and other vehicles, with plenty of room for up to 6 vehicles in the under-house covered parking and additional parking for boats and RVs.

Cape San Blas was rated number 1 beach in the US by Dr Beach. K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach. Cape San Blas is located on a beautiful peninsula about 18 miles long, with 9 miles of State Park at the tip. With the gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St. Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point on the other.
If you are there in the summer, you must try scalloping from the dock during scallop season in St. Joseph Bay, renowned for its delicious bay scallops. The water in St. Joseph Bay is clear and people love to snorkel and look at the bay life and collect scallops. There is nothing more succulent than fresh St Joseph Bay scallops sautéed in butter and garlic.
