Here is the western view from the open deck. There are 2 empty lots directly in front so the view is almost gulf front.
It is only about 200 ft to the beach via the community walkway (just out of view to the right).

Sit at this high table and chairs which allow our guests to see over the railing for unobstructed sunset views. This view
of the undeveloped beach is to the southwest and will never be blocked.

The front view of this beautiful first tier home. There is a screened porch on the main level in case the bugs are bad. We also
have a gas grill and there is also plenty of parking for vehicles, RVs and boats at the side or in front of the house.

Watch the famous Cape San Blas sunsets on one of the top rated beaches in America, or walk for miles in either direction on
our pet friendly pristine white sand beaches. This is the view looking north toward ther state park.

There is plenty of furniture on the expanded pool deck for your entire group. Note the louvered shower
stall in the background which houses a hot and cold outdoor shower.

hose real for rinsing the salt off bodies, pets and gear.

This view of the pool deck highlights the array of furniture. Note that the gas grill is also
located on the pool deck as is the hot & cold water shower stall.

The shower stall features a handy bench seat across the back. Behind the shower is the storage
shed housing a convenient full sized fridge.

The inside of the shower stall has a single lever tapset, adjustable shower head and a
convenient spigot for foot washing or hooking up another hose.

If walking on the beach is not enough exercise, bring a swim belt and strap yourself to the railing to swim in place.

Here we are looking due west and you can see the beach across the vacant lots directly across the street. By simply shifting your seating along the huge deck you can position yourself for unobstructed sunset almost any time of the year.

Here is one of the dining tables with the breakfast bar seating at the kitchen couter also shown. To the right is the
main floor laundry room complete with full sized washer and dryer.

One of the two living rooms showing the 42 inch LCD TV and there is a Blu Ray DVD Player, that supports
online streaming services, an iPod docking station and a Yamaha 5.1 Audio Video system. There is
plenty of room in this spacious home for multiple families or larger groups to spread out.

Both living rooms get spectacular views of the gulf.

The north living room showing the main floor full bathroom, to the back left, the queen sleeper sofa and the second
dining area, which is great for games or the extra dining capacity.

The south living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center. The two living rooms are great
when someone wants to watch a different show or movie but both are close to the kitchen and dining areas.

The south living room also features a 32" LCD HDTV, a VCR, a Blu Ray DVD player, an iPod docking
station and a surround sound amplifier.

The screened porch is nicely furnished and also gets great beach, gulf and sunset views.

The lower level full bathroom and walk-in closet.

The laundry room & utility room are located on the main floor and have full sized appliances.

One of two gulf-facing master suites, which have spectacular views of the beach and gulf and are both
equipped with 26" LCD HDTVs with integrated DVD players.

The second gulf-facing master bedroom also features a king-sized bed and 26" LCD HDTV
with integrated DVD player.

The master baths both feature a Jacuzzi tub with tiled surround.

The third bedroom. The two twin beds can be bolstered together as a king bed and made up with the alternate king-sized bedding
that we provide. Just specify bedroom configurations when you make your reservation. Each of these back bedrooms has a small
TV/DVD combo to entertain the kids and let them hook up their video games.

The fourth bedroom can also be configured as two twins or a king with the bolsters we provide. It has its own TV with DVD player.
