The front view of our beautiful first tier home. There is a screened porch on the main level and a new gas grill (not shown here) on the open sundeck on the main level. There is also plenty of parking for vehicles, RVs and boats at the side or behind the house.

A view from the back of the pool area looking toward the house and Gulf. The open end of the
lower deck overlooks the pool -- perfect for watching the kids. There is a pet gate at the top of the
stairs to keep Fido home on the lower deck.

Now we're back at the house and I've started on the upper deck to show you the view of The Gulf. This
shot is looking almost due west and you can see the beach across the vacant lots directly across the street. By
simply shifting your seating along the huge deck you can position yourself for unobstructed sunset
almost any time of the year.

This shot is taken from the south living room. You see the main dining area and kitchen of this open but
thoughtfully partitioned floor plan. To the right is the main floor laundry room complete with washer and dryer.

This shot shows the north living room. Almost out of the picture to the right is the 27 inch TV and there
is a VCR, DVD and Dolby Digital Surround Sound System. There is plenty of room in this home for multiple families or larger
groups to spread out.

The south living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center.

This is a shpt of the first master suite, which we recently upgraded to a king size bed. Note the view of the gulf.

The third bedroom. The two twin beds can be bolstered together as a king bed and made up with the
alternate king-sized bedding that we provide. Just specify bedroom configurations when you make
your reservation. Each of these back bedrooms has a small TV with DVD to entertain the kids and
let them hook up their Playstations.

The fourth bedroom can also be configured as two twins or a king with the bolsters we provide. It has its own TV with DVD player.
