Sit at this high table and chairs which allow our guests to see over the railing for unobstructed sunset views. This view of the undeveloped beach is to the southwest and will never be blocked.

The front view of our beautiful first tier home. There is a screened porch on the main level in case the bugs are bad. We also have a gas grill and there is also plenty of parking for vehicles, RVs and boats at the side or in front of the house.

Watch Cape San Blas's famous sunsets on one of the top rated beaches in America, or walk for miles in either direction on our pet friendly pristine white sand beaches. This is the view looking north toward ther state park.

There are lounge chairs available at pool side which is right next to the house and overlooked by the open sundeck.

Here we're looking due west and you can see the beach across the vacant lots directly across the street. By simply shifting your seating
along the huge deck you can position yourself for unobstructed sunset almost any time of the year.

Here is one of the dining tables with the breakfast bar seating at the kitchen couter also shown. To the right is the main floor laundry
room complete with full sized washer and dryer.

of room in this home for multiple families or larger groups to spread out.

The south living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center. The two living rooms are great when someone wants
to watch a different show or movie but both are close to the kitchen and dining areas.

The laundry room & utility room are located on the main floor and have full sized appliances.

The second gulf-facing master bedroom also features a king-sized bed.

The master baths both feature a Jacuzzi tub with tiled surround.

The third bedroom. The two twin beds can be bolstered together as a king bed and made up with the
alternate king-sized bedding that we provide. Just specify bedroom configurations when you make
your reservation. Each of these back bedrooms has a small TV with DVD to entertain the kids and
let them hook up their Playstations.

The fourth bedroom can also be configured as two twins or a king with the bolsters we provide. It has its own TV with DVD player.
