Seaside Delight is new to our rental market, starting March 2010. Under new ownership,
this home is pet friendly and has been upgraded with brand new electronics, new
furnishings, linens and housewears. It is a wonderful gulf front
home, with a private gulf front pool and spa, a large screen porch off the main living area,
a large second floor deck, and awesome
views overlooking the beach and gulf on North Cape San Blas. The home has direct beach access from the pool. The spa is heated, of course,
and pool heat is optional at an extra charge.
With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, the home comfortably sleeps 15. Unlike many rental homes, this house has
lots of closets and storage to accommodate a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and has granite
counter tops, and a full size pantry closet. There is an extra bar area with sink and bar fridge in the
dining area. There is seating for 3 at the counter. There is a dining table seating up to 8, plus another
breakfast table that accommodates up to 6 and is also great for the games table or casual meal directly
in front of that awesome view.
There are 2 gulf front bedrooms with king sized beds and each with their own bath and access to the decks. The main living
areas are tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted. Seaside Delight has been outfitted with new electronics including a 47"
LCD HDTV in the living room, plus VCR and DVD players. Each bedroom has its own TV, some with built-in DVD
players.
The first floor is the main living area, with a bedroom at the back with a king bed and ensuite access to a full bath, which
is also accessible from living area. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms each with private ensuite baths, including 2 king gulf
fronts, 1 queen and the kids room with twin over double bunk and a regular bunk. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the
living room bringing total accommodations to 15.
Outdoor amenitites include a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower and a park-style charcoal grill. We
provide unlimited free long distance, high-speed wireless Internet access and a full sized washer and dryer.

Let's start with a sunset view from the main level deck.

or in the screened porch watching sunsets, dolphins, surf and all the other joys the beach and gulf have to offer.
Notice the new screened porch on the main living level which features two fans to add to your outdoor summer
enjoyment. Note the enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower on the ground level.
The open main living area has access to the large screened porch and expansive views of the beach and gulf from anywhere in the room.
Here is a broad look at the spacious main living area of this beautiful home. The dining area is just out of view to the left.
The large dining area and table accommodates 10 with an additional leaf. There is a separate wet bar
with a new bar fridge conveniently located in the dining area.
The living room is populated with a Vizio 47" LCD HFDTV and has an RCA DVD/VCR Combo Player/Recorder
and a Yamaha 5.1 Audio Video Amplifier with Yamaha 6-speaker system.
The awsome views of the beach and gulf and glorious sunsets are available anywhere in the home. The kitchen
is newly well-equipped, has a convemient pantry closet, a separate food prep island and granite countertops.
If you have to do food preparation and dishes during your vacation, at least you enjoy an awsome view. The
breakfast area table is also great for playing cards and games and for more intimate dining -- with a
spectacular view and a walkout to the screened porch.
The breakfast bars and breakfast nook table provide casual seating and a place to commune.
A final look at the spacious kitchen which is a joy to entertain in.
The outside dining table in the new screened porch has awesome views.
There is a second smaller table in the screened porch -- again with incredible views.
The view of the pool and beach from the screened porch is expansive.
Behind the main living area is this California king bedroom with ensuite access to the main level
bathroom, which is also accessible from the living area.
Wow -- what a spectacular view from the upper deck!
The pool area is visible from either the screened porch or the open upper deck.
This is one of the two gulf front master bedrooms which has a new California king bed and an attached
private full bathroom.
This bedroom also has a walkout to the open upper deck and a new 26" LCD HDTV with built-in DVD Player
wall-mounted in the corner.

The second gulf front master aslo features a king bed and access to the open upper deck.
Both of these king gulf front masters have access to the open upper deck.
This ensuite bathroom feature double vanities and a walk in closet.
Wow what a view, and just wait until you see those sunsets!
The third bedroom on the top floor has a queen sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

The 4th bedroom has is equipped with a single over double bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed.
It's perfect for the kids.
This bedroom also has an attached private bathroom, an LCD TV/DVD Combo and an excellent sunrise
view over the bay from the window.
