is a campground style charcoal grill some Adirondak chairs and a louvered hot & cold water shower stall.

The upper deck is nicely furnished for comfortable viewing of the beach, the gulf and sunsets.

The upstairs master bedrooms have a spectacular view of the beach and gulf and both have
walkouts to the 3rd floor deck.

The bedrooms are all nicely furnished and all four of the king master bedrooms have 50"
Plasma LCDTVs. This one also features an upconverting Blu Ray DVD Player.

Imagine soaking in this beautiful jetted tub while watching the 42 inch Plasma HDTV in the master bathroom.

All the showers in all five full bathrooms are beautifully and uniquely tiled.

You really can watch the 42" Plasma HDTV from the jetted tub.

The view from the other upstairs beachfront master is just as panoramic.

Here's a closer look at the view of the beach and gulf.

This bedroom also has a beautifully tiled shower stall in the ensuite bathroom.

Once again the bathroom features double vanities with a granite countertop. Mirrors and
lights are being added soon.

At the rear of the upper level is another small bedroom with a queen sized futon and a small desk.

This room also has a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV and the desk is perfect for setting up a computer or video game.

From a landing window on the way downstairs to the main living level, this is another look at the community pool just a few steps away.

The huge open living room, dining area and kitchen is incredibly spacious and features spectacular beach and gulf views.

A small pub table is being added in front of the center window for intimate gulf front dining. It will be perfect
for playing games too.

The living room features a Samsung 63 inch Plasma HDTV, a Blu Ray upconverting DVD Player, a VCR and a Yamaha 5.1 A/V Receiver system.

The kitchen is highlighted by this huge gorgeous granite breakfast bar, ringed by 6 swivel bar chairs. The door on the right
is a separate pantry closet.

Imagine preparing your meals in this fully-equipped kitchen with top of the line Bosch appliances including a separate icemaker. The huge island counter, with a convenient bar sink, comes in handy as a food prep area.

The wide open plan means you can see the huge Samsung HDTV from anywhere in the spacious kitchen, living room or dining room. There are two 8 ft sliding doors to the deck on this level.

The main level deck is comfortably furnished and you can see for miles up or down the beach.

Moving down to the first floor, bedroom 3 is a king master on the north side.

The vanities all have beautiful granite countertops and most have double sinks.

Another uniquely tiled shower stall with built in corner seats.

The 4th beachfront master bedroom, also on the first floor has another unbelievable beach and gulf view.

This closer view shows the beach and highlights the convenient stairs down from the first floor deck to the beach walkway.

The ensuite bathroom in this bedroom has another uniquely tiled shower stall and a granite counter top on the vanity.

At the back of the first floor is the 5th bedroom, also with its own ensuite bathroom, which
is populated with bunk beds making it the perfect kids room.

This bedroom too has a 50" Plasma HDTV so the children can entertain themselves.

Stepping out onto the first floor deck we see how convenient and close the beach access is down the stairs from this deck.

This level has some interesting furniture on the deck like this row of high chairs that provide
an elevated viewpoint -- the better to see the beach and gulf from.

The beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear blue water of north Cape San Blas.
