and modern, and located in a quiet and private setting, you have your own private hot tub and Tiki Bar. What a way to spend a fall (or other
season) get away with great views and your own hot tub to relax in with the sun or stars overhead. This home has a screened porch with beautiful
views of the Gulf and large grassed yard.
There is a nicely shaded, small dog pen if you would like to keep your pets outside. You can see the pen and yard from the screen porch. You
can walk for miles on our beautiful pet-friendly beach, just 200 yards away. You may be the only one on the beach at times. It is so quiet some
times all you hear is the sea and birds. The beach access is directly in front of the house and just a few steps away.
The house is a unique octagon home, with vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and your living space is totally surrounded with windows with 360
degree views to die for. There is a great view of beach and the gulf from the living room, screen porch, kitchen, backyard and Tiki Bar. The
house is in a private setting, with a fence around the hot tub. There is a private outside hot and cold shower. The back yard has a large
lawn, a grill and a shaded dog pen which you can see from the screen porch.
Step outside the kitchen into the screen porch, with beautiful gulf views and enjoy your morning coffee or dine in the open air, protected from
insects or the occasional rain shower. Want some sun, or to view the evening sky with stars like you never see it in the city, then just step
out to the open air deck adjacent to the screened porch or go down to enjoy your hot tub.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, a dishwasher and a walkout to the screen porch. The living room has a walkout to the open deck
that adjoins the screen porch. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the main living floor, one bedroom with a king sized bed and the
other with a queen sized bed. In the lower level, there is a set of twin sized bunk beds and a TV/VCR/DVD.
There are TV's in each of the bedrooms and large, flat screen TV/DVD in the living room. The home comes fully equipped with a full-sized washer
and dryer, all kitchen facilities, and WIFI internet access. There is lots of room to park a boat or RV on the property.
The house is located in quiet Indian Pass and is less than a mile from the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar and about 1 mile from the Indian Pass
boat ramp. This ramp gives access to boating and fishing in the gulf, Apalachicola Bay, Indian Lagoon or up into the freshwater rivers and
lakes. The area is known for its world-class fishing.
Although you will feel that you are in your own world at the beach, you are not far from the golf course and the great dining and shopping in
Port St Joe and historical and unique Apalachicola.
