Sunrise Reflections is a beautiful, upscale bay front home on pristine St Joseph Bay on Cape San Blas. Enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of this special
home with expansive views of the bay. Watch the awesome sunrises and eagles, and shore birds from the house, dock, huge screened porch, open sundecks or
from the five-person hot tub on the upper deck. The sunrise view from the deck was featured recently in an Atlanta Southeast Airlines magazine article featuring
the Forgotten Coast.
The home has 3376 sq ft heated and cooled space and 2550 sq ft of decks and screened porches, including the 700 sq ft screen-enclosed pool deck. There is lots
of privacy on the 1 ˝+ acre property with the nearest neighboring home located over 250 feet away. There is a large fenced dog run beside the house and, if
your dog is small and doggie-door trained, there is doggie door access to the dog run. Sunrise Reflections is new to rental market as of the end of March, 2008.
First rental availability dates are end of March of 2008. The private dock is your entryway to the bay for fishing, snorkeling and scalloping. There are two boat
lifts, a fish cleaning station and water and power. Sunrise Reflections has two full accommodations levels with 2 separate living areas, 2 fully equipped kitchens
and 2 separate screen porches. Our home is handicap accessible to both levels and the lower screened porch connects directly to the pool deck.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and superb bay views from the open living room/kitchen/dining room. There is direct access to the huge screened porch
from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The separate dining room has a convenient pass-through from the kitchen and sliding doors to the huge open western facing sundeck.
There is a large entertainer’s kitchen with Corian counters, breakfast bar with 5 bar stools and loads of cupboards. The large laundry room is situated between
the master bath and kitchen. The spacious living area has a gas fireplace and is open to the beautiful bay views. The living room has a big screen HDTV and full
audio/video capability.
The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, a large bathroom with double vanities, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub plus a direct walkout to the huge screened
porch. The other 2 upper level bedrooms have queen sized beds. The upper level screen porch is 56 feet long and is equipped with 3 fans, bar and bar stools, lots
of seating and a separate fridge. Step out of the porch to the open sundeck and dropped-down hot tub deck with sweeping stairs to the enclosed outdoor shower, dock
walkway and gazebo.
The lower level has a separate entrance, living room, full kitchen including table and chairs, private bedroom with walk out to private screen porch and fabulous
bay views. The lower level screened porch includes a patio bar, a full-sized fridge and extends to the pool deck. There is with plenty of open sundeck and also
shaded area. The pool deck also gets spectacular views of St. Joseph Bay.
A queen sized sleeper sofa and bunk beds provide total accommodations for 6 people on the lower level. Our home has 2 zoned air conditioning
units, high speed wireless internet access and lots of TV/DVD/VCR’s, including a 61" Toshiba TV in the lower level and a 40" Samsung LCD HDTV in the upstairs living room.
There is also a movie and book library plus lots of board games.
Cape San Blas was rated number 1 beach in the US by Dr Beach. K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as #1 pet friendly beach in 2006. Cape San Blas is located on a
beautiful barrier peninsula that is about 18 miles long, with 9 miles of State Park at the tip. With the gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St.
Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point on the other. Our home is less than 5 minutes from St Joseph Peninsula State Park where you can launch your
boat, bike, hike, fish or bird watch. Sunrise Reflections has two fish cleaning stations – one in the gazebo and one at the house. The dock has power and water.
The Gazebo on the dock walkway provides a double swing seat, covered sitting space and a fish cleaning station. There is a large double, kayak for your use at the
dock. Beach access is less than 1/3 mile away.
There is plenty room for 4 to 6 vehicles in the under-house covered parking and additional parking for boats and RVs. Go scalloping from the dock during scallop
season in St. Joseph Bay, renowned for its delicious bay scallops. The water from St. Joseph Bay is crystal clear and people love to snorkel and look at the bay
life and collect scallops. There is nothing better than fresh scallops for dinner.
