This home has a covered upper deck, an open sundeck and a screened porch and is less than 200 feet from the beautiful beach. You will feel like you are beachfront with the awesome unobstructed views. Located on North Cape San Blas, only 1/2 mile from the state park entrance, Sunset Serenity is located on one of the prettiest beach areas of the pet-friendly north Cape San Blas beach.

Sunset Serenity is a beautifully accommodating 1st tier pet friendly vacation rental home on north Cape San Blas, with a private in ground swimming pool, a hot tub and sweeping views of the beach and gulf.
Here is the western view from the open upper deck. There are 2 empty lots directly in front so the view is almost gulf front. It is only about 200 ft to the beach via the community walkway which is this side of the home on the right in this shot.
Sit at this high table and chairs which allow our guests to see over the railing for unobstructed sunset views. This view of the undeveloped beach is to the southwest and will never be blocked.

There is plenty of furniture on the expanded pool deck for your entire group. Note the new elevated hot tub.

The new hot tub is on an elevated platform so that it gets some view of the gulf.
The shower stall features a handy bench seat across the back. Behind the shower is the storage shed housing a convenient full sized fridge.
Here we are looking due west and you can see the beach across the vacant lots directly across the street. By simply shifting your seating along the huge deck you can position yourself for unobstructed sunset almost any time of the year.
The kitchen size, new stainless steel appliances and updated lighting help to make this a vacation dream kitchen.
The spacious fully-equipped kitchen is an entertainer's delight and features a huge breakfast bar with four bar stools. Just out of sight to the right is a separate laundry room, with full sized washer and dryer.
The north living room showing the 42 inch LCD TV and there is a Blu Ray DVD Player, that supports online streaming services, an iPod docking station and a Yamaha 5.1 Audio Video system. There is plenty of room in this spacious home for multiple families or larger groups to spread out.
Both living rooms have large screen LCD HDTVs and get spectacular views of the gulf through the screened porch.
The north living room is comfortably furnished including this queen sleeper sofa.
The second dining table, a pub table with higher chairs, a desk and the main floor full bathroom add to the long list of amenities at Sunset Serenity.
The south living room also has a queen sleeper sofa and its own entertainment center with a large screen LCD HDTV, Blu Ray DVD Player and an electric fireplace. The two living rooms are great when someone wants to watch a different game, show or movie but both are close to the kitchen and dining areas.
The view from the south living room is as spectacular as it is anywhere else in the house.
A new addition in March 2011 is this electric fireplace in the south living room.
The screened porch is nicely furnished and also gets great beach, gulf and sunset views.
Moving upstairs, this is one of two gulf-facing master bedrooms with King sized beds, showing the LCD HDTV/DVD como and the view of the beach and gulf.
The second gulf-facing master bedroom also features this king sized sleigh bed.
The second gulf-facing master bedroom also has a 26" LCD HDTV with integrated DVD player and that incredible view.

The third bedroom has another king sized bed. Each of these back bedrooms has a TV/DVD combo unit. There is ensuite access to the Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom 4.
The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and sleeps four. It has its own TV with DVD/VCR combo player and ensuite access to the Jack & Jill bathroom.
