This home features huge wrap-around decks, a 3rd floor bedroom/viewing loft with front and rear decks and wonderful beach and bay access.

First, The Views...

This is the spectacular gulf view looking southwest from the front deck of the 3rd floor loft.

Next, The House...

This shot of the north side of this home highlights the expansive wrap-around decks. Note the outside staircase which provides
access to both living level decks. There is also a ground floor entry door and interior staircase from the ground level.

The first level of this home has two master bedrooms -- this is the beautifully furnished beachside main master.

The spacious main master has access to the first level front deck and the master bath has double vanities.

At the rear of the first level is the second master suite which has spectacular bay views and access to the private rear deck.

Moving up to the second level of this inverted plan we find the main living area which has a gas fireplace,

Next, The Dock on the Bay...

The entrance to the private community boat dock is right across from the base of Beach to Bay Dr.

There is another gazebo on the dock walkway for quietly viewing St. Joseph Bay.

The end of the dock has stairs and a platform for loading and unloading boats and kayaks. This is the perfect
launching pad for scalloping in St. Joseph Bay.
