This home features huge wrap-around decks, a 3rd floor bedroom/viewing loft with front and rear decks and wonderful beach and bay access.

This is the spectacular gulf view looking southwest from the front deck of the 3rd floor loft.

This is the gulf view looking due west from the front deck of the 3rd floor loft, with the community beach walkway and gazebo
highlighted. The two homes shown here are the only other homes in this subdivision -- and neither are vacation
rentals, so you will often have the beach, gazebo and dock on the bay all to yourselves.

This is the gulf view looking northwest up the beach. From this deck, you can watch drip-down sunsets all year round -- weather permitting of course.

Turning to face east, this is the unobstructed bay view from the rear deck of the loft, with the location of the Dolphin Bay to Beach
community boat dock highlighted. Launch your boat at the nearby state park ramp and keep it at the dock during your stay.

To continue the panorama, this shot is looking at the bay view to the northeast.

This shot of the north side of this home highlights the expansive wrap-around decks. Note the outside staircase which provides
access to both living level decks. There is also a ground floor entry door and interior staircase from the ground level.

The first level of this home has two master bedrooms -- this is the beautifully furnished beachside main master.

The spacious main master has access to the first level front deck and the master bath has double vanities.

At the rear of the first level is the second master suite which has spectacular bay views and access to the private rear deck.

Moving up to the second level of this inverted plan we find the main living area which has a gas fireplace,
deck access to both the front and side decks and enjoys spectacular gulf views.

This shot shows the open floor plan, the dining area and the kitchen, with it's 5-stool breakfast bar,
in the background.
Note also the stainless appliances and the large pantry closet to the right of the fridge.

This photo also shows the open floor plan, the gorgeous hardwood floors, the dining area, the French doors
to the front deck and the fabulous views beyond.

At the rear of the main living level is a 3rd bathroom and the 3rd bedroom -- setup as the kid's room
with 5 bed slots. It also has a fantastic bay views and access to the side deck.

And finally on the top level we have the spacious loft, which has a queen sized sleeper sofa, wet bar and
small fridge and private decks facing the gulf and the bay.

The entrance to the beach walkway is directly across the cul-de-sac (only 60 ft) from the Dune Fine.

This shot shows the beach walkway and the gazebo out at the dune line.

The gazebo has bench seating built in and is perfect for watching those gorgeous Cape San Blas sunsets.

This is the beach view looking south down the Cape San Blas beach.

The Cape San Blas beaches are pet friendly so feel free to bring the family dog with you on your vacation.

And here is a typical Cape San Blas sunset taken from the beach in front of the gazebo.

The entrance to the private community boat dock is right across from the base of Beach to Bay Dr.

There is another gazebo on the dock walkway for quietly viewing St. Joseph Bay.

The end of the dock has stairs and a platform for loading and unloading boats and kayaks. This is the perfect
launching pad for scalloping in St. Joseph Bay.

This is the view toward open water in St. Joseph Bay looking northeast from the dock.

This shot looks east and directly across the deep water channel at the Pig Island nature preserve.

And finally the picture to the southeast down the channel which is also navigable in that direction around Pig Island.
