image fullWidthYou will think you are “in heaven” in this beautifully decorated beachfront home located on the pet-friendly beaches of C-30 near Cape San Blas. Lounge on the hammock in the shade or relax in the 7 person hot tub overlooking the beach, watching the sky fill with the beautiful colors or sunrise or sunset.

This 2600 square foot home with almost 2000 square feet in decks and garage/play area, over 3 levels, provides a spacious living area for a larger group plus a myriad of choices in terms of decks and separate sitting areas for those quiet times. All 4 bedrooms plus the main living space have their own walkouts to 1 of 5 decks. 

image fullWidthAs you enter, on the ground floor, you will find yourself in a lovely foyer plus a second living area outfitted with TV and DVD and convertible daybed, sleeping 2, plus access to the spacious garage and play area, beach and hot tub. Walk out the door, and you find the raised beachfront deck with private hot tub and hammock. Keep going and there is the private outdoor shower and private path to the beach. The large garage has room for 1 car at the front and storage and lots of room for games including foosball and ping pong.

image fullWidthThe main living quarters are located on the second level. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open and spacious with awesome views of the beach and water. Walkout through the sliding doors to the large covered deck with step down to the open sun deck and direct walkout down some stairs to the beach. Everything has been carefully thought of in this home, with airplane wires and the stepped down sundeck so that you will not lose any view due to railings. Two Adirondacks welcome you at the beach. 

The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and attached bath with beautifully tiled shower and access to a large private deck, only accessible from the bedroom.

A second entry door to the master bath is accessible from the bedroom on the north side so it can be shared or closed off and the guests in that room can use the bathroom in the hall instead.
