Heavenly Palms is a beautiful, upscale 5BR 4BA home with a private heated pool, elevator and a huge yard with lots of palm trees. A fenced area on one side of the pool gives you a place for your dogs. Located in a nice beachfront community, this beautifully decorated home is only one tier back from the beach and has an unobstructed front view of the beach and gulf. It is only about 100 steps to the dedicated community beach access. Heavenly Palms has a large private heated swimming pool with a large pool deck and plenty of pool deck furniture. 
This gorgeous home has wrap-around decks, and a main level screened porch, with walkouts from two beachfront king bedrooms and from the living and dining rooms, with lots of seating and awesome views. This home has everything to make your vacation memorable with over 3,000 square feet of living space on three floors. It features high ceilings, upscale finishing touches and fantastic views from the open kitchen, dining area and living room. The home has elevator access to all four levels. 
Wake up in the master bedroom on the third level which features a king sized bed and tall windows for a great view of the beach and gulf. The master bathroom features two separate rooms, one for the whirlpool tub and double vanities and one for the shower and commode. There is a huge walk-in master closet and a large deck off the master bedroom. On this level there are also 2 more bedrooms and another bathroom. The other beachfront bedroom also has a king sized bed and French door walkout to the upper deck. The third bedroom on the upper level has double bunks with twins over twins, with one also having a trundle, sleeping a max of five. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this bedroom level. On the main level, you will find an open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen and dining/living are separated by a large breakfast bar with seating for six. The large square dining table has good conversational seating for eight. The main level deck looks out at the beach and has two tables, each with seating for six and a patio bar with seating for four. A bathroom is located at the rear of this level right next to a bedroom with a queen sized bed.
The first floor level has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and an attached full bathroom with private back door to the pool deck and grassy back yard with an outdoor hot and cold shower. This bathroom has an outside entrance for easy access to the bathroom from the pool deck area. There is a second full sized fridge and ice maker located off the pool deck for your pool-side beverages. There is covered parking for at least two vehicles, with driveway parking for several more and/or your RV or boat, and there is a door to the elevator on this ground level. Heavenly Palms has wireless high speed internet access, and free unlimited long distance to the U.S. and Canada in case your cell phones are not working (common here). There is a full sized washer and dryer, a dishwasher and, of course, A/C. This home has large yard, charcoal grill, gas grill, stereo, cable TV, 5 TV's each with VCR or DVD. Linens and towels are provided and the golf course is only 5 miles away.
We have no high rises in the area and you can walk for miles on the beach and barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks. Heavenly Palms is a beautiful 1st tier pet friendly beach home with a heated in ground private swimming pool, plenty of space and gorgeous gulf views. Note: the first level deck has now been screened since this photo was taken.
There is a large beautiful private swimming pool in the yard with plenty of space on the deck for sunning and lounging. On the pool deck now are both charcoal and gas grills. Note the nicely shaded area under the house. The grassy area to the right is also fenced so you can let your dogs run.

The upper deck features a row of rockers -- perfect for watching winter sunsets and gazing at the beach and gulf.

The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped for your culinary pleasures. There is seating at the breakfast bar for 6 people.
The custom maple kitchen cabinets include many built-in options like this pantry cupboard. The kitchen also features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The beautiful open floor plan has room for everyone, a walkout to the main deck and spectacular views of the beach and gulf.
There is heart pine flooring throughout the main level which has a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The door to the right is the elevator. There is a 42” Panasonic Plasma TV in the master bedroom, a new 40” Samsung flat screen TV in the living room, and a new 32” Samsung flat screen TV in the 2nd king size room.

Behind the kitchen and living room are the 4th bedroom, the main level bathroom and a door to the rear deck overlooking the pool and the steps down to the pool deck.
The main level bathroom is conveniently right next to the main level bedroom. Note the wainscoting and beautifully tiled tub/shower surround.
Just off of the kitchen is a main level bedroom with a queen sized bed and it's own LCD TV.
This angle on the pool shows how spacious the pool deck is and the array of deck furniture. There is also plenty of shade under the back of the house and a fenced grassy area for your dogs outside the pool deck.
The pool deck is furnishedwith an array of chairs and lounges and has back stairs to the main level. There is a nicely shaded area under the house and a gas grill, not shown.
Accessible from the pool deck is a second stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker to keep those pool-side beverages cold.
You can let your dogs out the door off of the kitchen and it gives them access to this dog run area.
On the top floor, the master bedroom features this king sized bed and a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
The huge master bedroom has French Door access to the upper level covered deck and a private sitting area. Note the elegant board and batten wall finish.

The ensuite master bathroom features double vanities, a whirlpool tub and a separate room with tiled shower stall and commode.

The walk in closet features lots of built-ins and plenty of room for your clothes and other stuff.
The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the beach and gulf with a cozy seating area for two.
The laundry room is conveniently located on the top floor bedroom level.
This is bedroom 3 which is also on the upper level. There are two sets of twin bunks, with one also having a trundle bed -- so you can sleep up to 5 in this room.
Here is another angle of the new twin bunk beds showing the new LCD TV. Note the newly tiled floor in this room, so cleanup is easy.
The other end of this bedroom has the spacious double closet and, right outside the door, is the main bathroom on this level.
Bedroom 2 is also gulf view with a king sized bed.
This bedroom has an LCD HDTV and DVD player and French door access to the upper covered deck. The main bathroom on this level is just a few steps down the hall.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share this bathroom on the upper level. Note the beautifully tiled tub/shower surround.

The ground level bedroom has its own LCD TV and ensuite access to the ground level bathroom.
The ground level ensuite bathroom is also accessible to and from the pool deck.
The main living level screened porch has plenty of furniture for everyone in your group, and great views of the beach and gulf.

The west end of the main deck has stairs to the ground level outside the screened porch. The patio bar outside the porch has been replaced.
Just outside the first level screen porch, this cozy cafe table is on the open part of the main deck . Heading to the beach or out? You can use this outside staircase to head to the beach or driveway.
Moving to the beach, this is the wide flat expanse of white sand beach that greats you looking due south toward the gulf.
