All 4 bedrooms are gulf front bedrooms, with walkouts to the screened porch or an open or covered deck. Whether you want to relax in the spacious screen porch or lounge in the sun or under the stars on the open sun deck, or watch the sunsets drip down from the upper floor’s covered deck, you will find plenty of room to enjoy the open air and gorgeous views. The sunsets on the beach side are spectacular, and you'll enjoy a sunrise vista from the front deck.

The main living level has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with pantry closet, full sized laundry facilities off the kitchen, living and dining area, a convenient half bath and a spacious and well appointed master suite. The master suite has a king sized bed, walkout to the screen porch, private ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The master bath has double vanities, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower.

There is a small second floor breakfast and beverage bar with a coffee maker, a toaster and a small fridge so that upper level guests can fix themselves a coffee or a drink to take to the open upper deck. One of the queen bedrooms has an attached bath while the other two bedrooms share a bath.
