All living areas and two of the bedrooms face the beach and get awesome views. Beach access is via private walkway and stairs, accessible from either level via the outside stairs. Whatever level of this home you are on, you can watch the sunsets drip down into the gulf.

Miles of pristine white sand beaches, gorgeous gulf views and spectacular sunsets await you.The main living level is the top floor in this inverted plan and is a wide open plan with incredible beach and gulf views through the screened porch. There is a fully equipped kitchen with pantry closet and a breakfast bar. There is a separate wet bar off the living room and access to the screened porch and a half bath.

One of the gulf front bedrooms is a king master with double vanities and a large tiled shower. The other gulf front bedroom is a queen and the third bedroom has a queen bed with trundle and a twin over twin bunk. With a full sized sleeper sofa in the living room, the home accommodates 11. There is an additional full bath plus a full sized washer and dryer located on the bedroom level. On the ground floor is another convenient full bathroom.

Sunsation at Secluded Dunes has undergone a major refresh with new bamboo hardwood floors in the living area, new furniture, new electronics (flat panel TVs, DVDs),  gas grill and deck furniture.
