If you love watching sunrises and sunsets and beach, this is the home for you. Ocean Song is a wonderful beach front home with huge open decks, overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico for spectacular sunsets. On the east side, there is a deck overlooking St Joseph Bay for gorgeous sunrises. Ocean Song is located on one of the prettiest area of beach on pet friendly north Cape San Blas. Under new ownership and new to our rental program, Ocean Song is available for rent spring 2012. The house has just undergone a major remodel, including a new kitchen and bathroom, upgraded 3 existing bathrooms, new doors, decks and roof. It has all new electronics (LCD/LED HDTVs and DVD players), new furnishings, beds, linens and decor items. There are plans to add a pool, but waiting for DEP approval so it may not be until 2013.
With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home sleeps 12.
The beautifully remodeled kitchen, has granite counter tops, and all new stainless appliances. It has a pantry closet and large island with separate ice maker. The granite shelf in front of the side living window, provides a great "work" surface or room for extra dining. There is a computer and printer available for your use.
The full-sized laundry facilities are also on the main floor, along with the living and dining areas. A convenient full bath is located centrally on the main floor so that you can run in from the beach or deck. The nearby laundry area makes it easy to throw those wet towels and bathing suits in the washer/dryer.
The owners have thought of everything to provide the ultimate vacation location. The large stairs to the large drop down deck, the non wood railings on the lower are all designed to maximize the view, and what a view! Gas grill is conveniently located on the beachside deck. 
The first bedroom on the main floor has a king bed and private bath and has awesome views overlooking St Joseph Bay. The other bedroom on the main floor features a twin over double bunk bed with trundle, and can accomodate up to 4. The bathroom for this room is just across the hall.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The beach front bedroom has a king bed, walkout to a private beachfront deck and a brand new bathroom. The other bedroom on the second floor has a king sized bed and also has its own bathroom and gets great bay views
Outside, on the ground level, there is a private hot & cold outdoor shower, covered high-clearance parking for at least 4 vehicles. The bike path is right across the street and goes north and south for miles.
Sit on the eastern deck with your morning coffee watching the sunrise over beautiful St. Joseph Bay. Later, enjoy outdoor meals, quick access to the beach and watch dolphins swim by. Later still, enjoy cocktails or dinner while watching a spectacular sunset dripping into the Gulf of Mexico. If this is your dream vacation, you have found your vacation home in Ocean Song.

Views from the dining area are fabulous - you can see dolphins and spectacular sunsets. the drop down deck makes you feel like you are on the beach - view not marred by railings.

If that afternoon sun becomes too bright, the living area doors and windows are equipped with these great blinds. You can still see out but you can cut down on the inside glare.

The master bathroom on the second level is brand new and comes equipped with makeup mirror and hair dryer.

The second bedroom, upper level, has king bed, private bath and beautiful views of St Joseph Bay.
On the first floor, this bedroom has a twin over double bed plus a pull out trundle, sleeping up to 4.
The main floor king master bedroom has an awesome view of St. Joseph Bay and its own remodeled bath.
The private bathroom for the 1st floor king bedroom is equipped with hair dryer and make up mirror.
This bedroom, like the rest of the home, has been beautifully remodelled and redecorated including a new vanity and granite countertop in the ensuite bath.
There is a new LCD HDTV and DVD Player and two chairs in case you want to watch that special game or romantic movie.

Of course, Buffy had to check out the sunset from the edge of the walkway. Lots of options for watching those gorgeous sunsets.
