*** Note: Prices include cleaning fees and linens. *** We are also required to charge Florida sales and County bed tax totaling 11%. If you request that a pool heater be on, there is a $150 per week charge ($400 for a monthly rental). Damage protection of $25.00 (plus tax) is added to each reservation.. The damage protection is non-refundable and covers accidental damages to the unit or its contents up to a replacement or repair cost of $500.00. Note: tenant will be responsible for any charges over $500.
There is a cleaning discount, when Jan and Feb are rented together. Rates include utilities. Nov and Dec are available monthly at some homes but at a higher monthly rate.
If applicable, there is a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Cats are not allowed in our homes.
