If you love chasing the sun, this is the home for you. Sun chaser is a wonderful beach front home overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico for spectacular sunsets. On the east side, there is a deck overlooking St Joseph Bay for gorgeous sunrises. Sun chaser is located on one of the prettiest area of beach on pet friendly north Cape San Blas. 
With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home sleeps 11. The house has just undergone an upgrade, including updated electronics (new LCD/LED HDTVs and DVD players), furnishings, new beds, kitchen, linens and decor items. The main living level has a spacious well equipped kitchen with Jenn-Aire stove and a pantry closet. The full-sized laundry facilities are also on the main floor, along with the living and dining areas. A convenient full bath is located centrally on the main floor so that you can run in from the beach or deck. The nearby laundry area makes it easy to throw those wet towels and bathing suits in the washer/dryer.
The first bedroom on the main floor is a master suite with a king-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and views overlooking St Joseph Bay. The other bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed.On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The beach front bedroom has a king bed and large closet and shares a bath in the hallway with the 4th bedroom. The 4th bedroom is on the bay side and has a queen bed and a day bed. Outside, on the ground level, there is a gas grill, a private hot & cold outdoor shower, covered high-clearance parking for at least 4 vehicles with over flow parking in the driveway for more.
Sit on the eastern deck with your morning coffee watching the sunrise over beautiful St. Joseph Bay. Later, enjoy outdoor meals, quick access to the beach and watch dolphins swim by. Later still, enjoy cocktails or dinner while watching a spectacular sunset dripping into the Gulf of Mexico. If this is your dream vacation, you have found your vacation home in Sun Chaser.

These absolutely stunning views over the bay are best enjoyed with coffee at sunrise.
Spacious open floor plan and spectacular view it affords. The eight foot center sliding door is new as are the two 6 foot doors. Sorry living furniture is now replaced but picture not updated.
The dining room is spacious and has a gorgeous view. Comfortable seat cushions have been added to dining chairs.

The view from anywhere in the main living space is absolutely stunning. Furniture is changed - see beige and blue.
The large dining table has plenty of room for 10 and the bar stools at the breakfast bar are great for a quick bite.
From anywhere in the main living area, step out through any of 3 sliding doors to sit on the deck or head down to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped including all new kitchen ware, a Jenn-Aire range and a convenient pantry closet.
Stepping out onto the deck from the main living area, the beautiful pet friendly beach beckons.

And here we are completing the panorama with a view north up the beach toward the state park. Note the high table and chair set that allow you to see over the railings and the handy picnic table and comfortable Adirondack chairs.
Behind the main living area is this convenient full bathroom which is right across the hall from the queen bedroom on this level.
On the bay side of the main living level, there is a master bedroom with a new LDCD HDTV/DVD Combo and a convenient desk.

The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized bed, a huge closet and is close to the full bathroom in the hall.
There is a full-sized washer and dryer conveniently located in a closet off the main level hall. It is handy for tossing in the suits and towels when you come in off the beach.
On the second floor is this gulf front bedroom which has a huge window view of the beach and gulf, a new LCD HDTV/DVD Combo and a king sized bed.
The added elevation makes for a fantastic view of the beach and gulf.
The king bed is new in August of 2011 and is a plush high pillow-top. This bedroom also has a large closet.
On the east side of the upper level is another bedroom with a queen bed, a bonus day bed and a terrific bay view.
This bedroom also has a large closet and its own TV.
The view of St. Joseph Bay from the window is spectacular.
