Pass View is a beautiful, gulf front home with large decks,including screened porch off living area, awesome views over the gulf, beautiful furnishings, and it is located in a wonderful, private setting. This home makes a perfect romantic getaway or a great family vacation with direct beach access via private beach walkway to a beautiful beach.
Pass View has an awesome unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Vincent Island’s nature preserve. The house is surrounded by trees with no homes behind you. You will feel like you are in heaven.
Park yourself on the shore right out front and see why Indian Pass is renowned for its superb fishing and laid back atmosphere. Watch the dolphins frolic and listen to the water lap at the shore. The house is approximately 100 feet to the shore. There is nothing better than sleeping to the sounds of the lapping waves. You wont find any condos or high rises here – just miles of beach and water. Indian Pass is on a lovely peninsula with the Gulf on one side and Indian Pass Lagoon on the other.
Three master bedrooms await you with 1 on the main living area.
Pass View is located just 1/4 mile from the Indian Pass boat ramp which gives boating access to the Gulf, Apalachicola Bay and a host of inland waterways. You can leave your boat in storage near the ramp for only $5 per day. This area features world class fishing and the best oysters on the planet. Stop at the Indian Pass Raw Bar for some oysters and a touch of local color. Don’t have your own boat with you? Rent a kayak for your own use at the beach and explore the waterways via kayak. You can drive or walk the 1/4 mile down the beach and take the shuttle to enjoy pristine St Vincent Island. There are lots of fishing charters and boat excursions that launch at the Indian Pass boat ramp. The house even has its own fish cleaning station for you to prepare your catch for that seafood dinner on the deck.
This area and beach is pet friendly so bring your "furry kids" too and let them enjoy the beach and water too. The house is set up with pet gate on the deck to keep them from heading to the beach on their own. The house offers all the amenities, including full laundry facilities, dual zoned air conditioning, stereo, TVs, DVDs, VCRs, wireless DSL, and gas grill. It has two large covered decks plus an open ground level deck looking out over the gulf. A private outdoor shower lets you shower straight from the beach.
The house features an open floor plan with great gulf views from kitchen, living room, dining area and master bedroom. The second floor beach side master features a king size bed and large master bath with tile floor, Jacuzzi garden tub, separate shower, double vanities and walkout to the upper deck. The second master bedroom on the upper level has a queen sized bed and private bath. The main level bedroom is attached to a full bathroom too and there is a full-sized washer and dryer on this floor. The 4th bedroom (loft) provides sleeping for fouron the double bunks and is a great place for the kids to hang out and play video games or watch movies.

The loft is at the top of the stairs and is perfect for the kids and is appointed with two sets of twin bunk beds.
