Santorini is new to our rental market, with its first renters coming in on 4/16/11. Under new ownership, this home is pet friendly and has been refreshed and upgraded with brand new electronics, new furnishings, linens and housewares. It is a wonderful gulf front home, with a private gulf front pool and spa. There are two large beachfront decks with awesome views overlooking the beach and gulf on North Cape San Blas and two large bay view decks with beautiful views of St. Joseph Bay. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunsets over the gulf. The home has direct beach access. The spa is heated, of course, and pool heat is optional at an extra charge.
With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, and 2 living areas, the home comfortably accommodates 14. The kitchen is well equipped and has granite counter tops plus two full sized fridges -- both with freezers and icemakers. There is seating for 6 at the large bar. The dining table will seat up to 8 and is beachfront for awesome views. The main living area gets great views of the beach and has a walkout to the deck. There is a second living room behind the kitchen with walkout to its own bay view deck. It has a small games/dining table for 4 which is great for people who want to play a game or watch a different show or movie. It also has a queen sized sleeper sofa. All 5 bedrooms have walkouts to a beachfront or bay view deck.
There are 2 gulf front bedrooms with king sized beds and each with their own bath and access to the decks. The main living areas are tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted. Santorini has been outfitted with new electronics including a 55" Visio LCD HDTV with a Blu Ray DVD Player in the living room, a 40" LCD HDTV with a DVD Player in the den, a 40" LCD HDTV with DVD Player in each of the gulf front master bedrooms. All bedrooms have LCD HDTVs with either separate or built-in DVD players. There's also a mini-stereo with iPod/iPhione dock in the living room.
The first floor is the main living area, with a bedroom at the back with a king bed. A full bath is located just outside the bedroom door for use for that bedroom and the living area. The bedroom has a walkout to the bay view deck. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms each with private baths, including 2 king gulf fronts, 1 king with access to a bay view deck and the kids room with two twin bunk beds, to sleep up to 4, with walk-out to the bay view deck. The laundry facilities are conveniently located on the bedroom floor.
Outdoor amenities include a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower, a gas grill, fish cleaning station and of course the great pool and spa. We provide unlimited free long distance and high-speed wireless Internet access. In addition to all new electronics, Santorini has been outfitted with brand new furniture, decorations, window treatments, linens and housewares.

Let's start with a sunset view from the main level deck.
Under the house is an enclosed hot and cold shower, a gas grill and a fish cleaning station as well as shade.

Under the house there is parking for up to 5 vehicles with plenty of overflow space in the driveway and front yard.
The spacious pool deck is furnished with and array of lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs.

The main level deck at Santorini has been outfitted with two tile-top patio tables so there is plenty of seating. Check out the spectacular beach and gulf view.

This is the dining area of Santorini which has access to the large covered deck and expansive views of the beach and gulf. The new dining set will accommodate 8 people and there are 6 bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar.
The view of the beach and gulf from the dining room is as stunning as from anywhere in the house.
Here is a broad look at the kitchen, dining and spacious main living areas of this beautiful home. The view is absolutely spectacular from almost anywhere in the house.
This shot of the living room from the kitchen shows the 55" Visio LCD HDTV which is paired with a Blu Ray DVD Player. There will also be a mini stereo with an iPod/iPhone dock. The comfortable furniture and decor make for a relaxing vacation.
The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and a 40" LCD HDTV and separate upconverting DVD player. The sliding doors access the bay side deck with spectacular sunrise views over the bay. To the right is a second fridge to store drinks and overflow food items.
The kitchen is open, modern, fully equipped and includes an island counter and breakfast bar with four stools.
Behind the main living area is another king bedroom with sliding door access to the bay view deck on this level, for gorgeous sunrises, and handy access to the main level bathroom, just outside the door.
his room has a wall-mounted 26" LCD HDTV/DVD Combo and will have a mirror on the dresser soon.

Moving to the top floor, this view shows both of the gulf front master bedrooms. The convenient laundry closet is to the right in this picture.
This is one of the two gulf front master bedrooms which will has a new king bed and a a new 40" LCD HDTV with a separate unconverting DVD Player. Note the high table and chair set on the deck.
This bedroom has a walkout to the open upper deck and spectacular views through the 8 ft wide doors.
Like all the bedrooms, this one has an attached private bath and a large double closet.
The attached bath has a nicely tiled shower surround.
The second gulf front master also has a king bed and has access to the open upper deck and those spectacular views.
This gulf front bedroom is also equipped with a new 40" LCD HDTV and a separate upconverting DVD player. Both these gulf front masters have 8 ft wide doors facing the beach and gulf for an incredibly expansive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

Stepping out of either of these gulf front masters, rewards you with this view looking southeast over the pool and the beach and gulf.

At the back of the upper level is the third master suite. The ensuite bath is just inside the bedroom door.
This one has another king bed and sliding door access to the upper bay side deck to watch gorgeous sunrises.
This room is equipped with a wall-mounted 32" Visio LCD HDTV/DVD and separate DVD player, and has a double closet.
Here you can see the door to the ensuite bathroom in this bedroom. This beautiful home is tastefully decorated.
Across the hall at the back of the upper level is the kids room which also has access to the upper front balcony with sweeping bay and sunrise views. This room is outfitted with two sets of twin bunk beds -- sleeping 4. That's a 26" LCD TV/DVD Combo on the wall.
The kids room also has its own ensuite bathroom and that's a double closet just inside the door.
