Grand Escape is a brand new, upscale, pet-friendly, and “grand” beach-front home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 3 levels of decks and an elevator. You will love the spaciousness and comfort of this home.
Note: This is a new rental February 2012. Brand new house with brand new furnishings.
The first level is the bedroom level with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are 2 gulf front bedrooms, with walkouts to the first level beachfront deck. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and private bath with a large tiled shower and the second gulf front king bedroom has access to the bathroom just across the hall with a large tiled shower. There is another bath shared by bedrooms 3 and 4.
Bedroom 3 has double bunk beds, sleeping 4 and bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds that can be bolstered together to make a king bed. If desired, this house can have 4 king beds (with the converted twin bed). The 3rd bathroom on the floor is located between these 2 bedrooms with a door in from twin room and door in from hallway. 
The 3rd bathroom on first floor also has a very large tiled shower.
The main living quarters are located on the second level. The kitchen, living and dining areas are open and very spacious with awesome views of the beach and water and a walkout through the sliding doors to the large covered deck. This is one of the largest living/dining/kitchen areas that you will find in a beach home.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a bar area with bar sink and mini-fridge that is accessible from the dining area. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and has full size washer and dryer and an extra fridge and ice maker. There is also a half bath located on this floor.
The new furnishings include a dining table for 8 and another table for dining or games, will dine 4 plus 3 bar stools. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa bed, 2 leather recliners and 2 swivel rockers, all of which are brand new and top of the line early 2012.
The third level is for the large gulf front king master bedroom and bath. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the master bedroom. The bedroom has a walkout to the private upper gulf front deck. Side windows provide that gorgeous "up the beach" view. The spacious attached master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, separate tiled shower and double vanities. Like all of the bedrooms, the master has a 40 inch TV and DVD player.
