Built in 2013, Scallop Pass is comprised of 3 levels of excellence just past the turn off to Cape San Blas. This enormous home can comfortably accommodate a party of 16. There is plenty of room to get away, both inside and out, with 3 levels of gulf front decking and a couple of bonus sitting/reading rooms tucked away on two levels inside.
The primary suite is a wonderful retreat being on the top level for privacy with a private deck and luxurious primary bath and large walk-in closet. All levels can be accessed by elevator. Enjoy your vacation in one of Florida's most peaceful and natural beaches. Located on C-30 A just beyond Cape San Blas and before Indian Pass, you will feel as though you’ve conquered your own land. It’s a great place for reconnecting with family and friends shelling, crabbing, swimming or just enjoying time with one another. A true vacation home for everyone to experience family, friends and even the family pet.

Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

Bedroom 1 – king bed, flat screen TV, DVD and full bath with shower stall (1st level)
Bedroom 2 – gulf view, queen bed, flat screen TV, DVD, and Jack and Jill full bath which connects to bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV, DVD and deck
Bedroom 4 – gulf front bedroom with 2 bunk sets, flat screen TV, DVD and deck; and laundry room.
Bedroom 5 – queen bed and flat screen TV
Bedroom 6 - king bed, on the top floor with private en suite bathroom
Floor Plan -
Ground level - covered, paved parking, outdoor shower and patio.
2nd level – gulf front living room with large flat screen TV, DVD, surround sound and sliding glass doors that open onto furnished deck; gulf front dining area, kitchen, sitting room with a double futon, TV, DVD and bistro table; full bath with shower only.
3rd level – top floor primary suite, gulf front bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, DVD, private deck and full bath with double vanities, jetted-tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet.
*While this home has an elevator, it is intended as a bonus amenity only.*
* The area is still recovering from Hurricane Michael and the two homes nearest to Scallop Pass have not recovered and may be in various stages of recovery for the foreseeable future.
We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
