Welcome to Veranda Vista, a stunning two-level, second tier home with lovely views of the Gulf and beach access, that can easily accommodate 10 guests in its four-bedrooms and three-baths. Enjoy stunning vistas from the home’s several decks, as well as access to the boardwalk community pool.
The bright and cheery living area is located on the first floor of the home. Here, you’ll find a comfortable living room, replete with a plush sectional sofa, two armchairs, a large flatscreen TV and a wall of windows which allow for brilliant light to enter the space.
Guests will enjoy cooking in the stylish kitchen, with its stainless-steel appliances, ample counterspace for meal prep, and a breakfast bar that seats three.
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a table that can accommodate six. There is a sunroom located off the kitchen with an outdoor table and chairs, for those who would like to dine al fresco.
After a day spent in the sun, guests can get some rest in one of four comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: This bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, access to a deck with outdoor furniture and grill, as well as a an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom is located on the first floor, and comes replete a king-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower and dual vanity. There is a deck off this bedroom as well, which features a porch swing.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, and is located on the second floor of the home. Guests staying in this room have access to yet another deck with outdoor furniture. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: This room features two twin bunk beds—ideal for the children in your group. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
