Awesome Month

"This was our second time renting from Sunset Reflections. We stayed on the Cape the month of December 2014. We decided to stay here this time and loved Beachfront Bungalow and the beach at Indian Pass. The house is so roomy and the kitchen is very well stocked. Love the pet friendly beach for our little four-paw girl. There was a storm one night while we were there that did some minor damage to the screen door. When I called to report it, the first thing they wanted to know was if we were all right. To me that showed that they care about their guests. They came to see what was wrong and sent someone to re-screen the door. Very good management + everyone i have dealt with there has been so friendly. Especially you David when I had a small problem on my part and you went out of your way to resolve it. We have booked again for January 2017. Sooo looking forward to it. The beaches, the food at the Raw Bar, Boss Oyster and Hole In The Wall at Apalachicola are something to experience. I could write more but I will just say on a scale of 1 to 10 for management, accurate description of the house, the great location and beach I will give a 20 "

"Our family visited Florida 8/15/2015-8/22/2015. The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed and more for our family of 8, 4 adults, two teens and two small kiddos. The house was steps from the beach, where we found thousands of sea shells, saw a sting ray, dolphins, sea turtle nests, crabs and jelly fish. The locals in Port St. Joe weren't very friendly, nor was service outstanding. We enjoyed our dinner at Ronnie B's at the Marina. Mexico Beach had the best shopping and Carribean Coffee was a quaint little cafe with great coffee! Mango Marley's in Mexico Beach had great food and service. Would certainly recommend to others! "

"We loved our stay at Beach Bungalow. We had 4 adults 2 teens and our miniature dachshund. The house was the perfect size for our family. The screened deck was great! We enjoyed spending lots of time there and on the beach just a few steps away from the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The house having no additional stairs once inside was nice for the older adults in our group. We rented Kayaks and paddleboard from Happy Ours and had them delivered to the house. We saw lots of sea life, small sharks, sting rays, dolphins, crabs, fish. We were hoping to see the turtle nest close to the house hatch while we were there. No such luck! The house is conveniently located very close to the Cape and Port St Joe. The sunset cruise out of Port St Joe with Seahorse Charters was great. Gary shares a wealth of history about the area! Deepsea fishing with Lady J Charters, Captain Jacob was fun too! We recommend, The Sand Bucket (Cape), Indian Pass Raw Bar(Indian Pass), Joe Mama's Pizza (Port St Joe), Provision (Port St Joe), Boss Oyster (Apalachicola). We wanted to eat a Triple Tails but never made it there....heard its tasty! The Miller Family will definitely be back! I would recommend ceiling fans in the screened deck. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We had a blast! "

"This was our second summer vacation at Beachfront Bungalow and we had another fantastic experience. The house was well equipped, steps from the beach, and quiet. Construction on a new house next door was pretty much unnoticed. Adding some ceiling fans to the screened porch would be welcome. When the humidity rose, and the breezes didn't blow the porch was unusable. Free standing tall fans might work in lieu of ceiling fans.
The location midway between Port St Joe and Apalachicola was perfect for sight seeing. While it isn't as active as Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, if you prefer a slower vacation, this is your spot. "

"We had a wonderful week. The wind was a little strong and the waves a little high, but you can't control mother nature.
The screen on the back porch next to the screen door was not attached, we just put our cooler in front of it to keep it from blowing in. Technology got the best of me, I could not get the TV to come on in the "children's" bedroom. I called the rental company and within the hour someone was out to look at it.
Our 2 Yorkie's loved sitting on the back porch with the breeze blowing thru their fur.

"We had never been to Cape San Blas before and went because Gulf County has dog-friendly beaches. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Our house was clean, well-kept and beautifully decorated and furnished. The screened porch was a special treat, and we ate dinner there every night we were home. My husband and daughter caught fish every day, and we either ate that or went out for fresh oysters. Heaven!We were right on the beach and spent many lazy hours either on the beach or looking at the gorgeous view. And Sunset Reflections was amazing. We had one tiny hitch (the coffee maker was missing a part) and they fixed it within 2 hours. They were the best property management company I have ever dealt with. Very organized, thorough, professional, and above all, friendly. We'll be back to Beachfront Bungalow ASAP."

"My husband and I vacationed at Beachfront Bungalow with my parents. With three bedrooms, it was perfect for a smaller family like ours. And it is really nice to have everything on a single level floorplan. The screened porch was big and well-furnished. Perfect spot to watch the waves and the dolphins. The kitchen is well-appointed with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. There's a very nice, large flat screen TV in the living room and smaller TVs in every bedroom. I would definitely stay in this house again."

"This was our first time in this area and we will be back! We booked it because it was directly on the beach and dog friendly. The home was immaculate and for the few small concerns we had the management company responded timely. The fireplace is a lovely feature which we used nightly. Great seafood and restaurants and fun to horseback ride in the beach in front if the house. Overall excellent experience."

"This house was AMAZING! The screened in porch overlooking the beach is hard to find and allowed us to enjoy the view all day and night. The house has a awesome layout with 2 king bedrooms and all 3 bedrooms having their own bath. Very modern vibe and just overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this house and Sunset Reflections. Their app made checking in and out a breeze."

"Excellent home. Well cared for and exceptionally clean. On the beach pictures are accurate. Great quiet beach near the town but not too close! Very friendly community and the dogs loved it! Enjoyed Provisions, Peppe's and Coastal Grill. Beautiful sunset cruise for $12! Happy Ours Kayak and stand up paddle awesome day. "

"We celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary at BFB and couldn't have asked for a better location and beachfront house. We had a total of nine family members and the house was very comfortable, very clean, and we had everything we needed. We rented a golf cart so that we could travel up and down the beach - the beach access being only a short distance away - and that was really fun! We fished, hunted Blue Crabs, walked down to Money Bayou where we saw strange little harmless jellyfish that glowed in the dark, and had bonfire on the beach. We rented a boat and went snorkeling at the end of the park and saw lots of stingrays, sharks, etc in the bay. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation!!"

"This was the best 60th birthday for me. My family and friends all had a fantastic time but Sophie (our Golden Retriever) enjoyed herself the most. The house had all the amenities and everything was in good working order. The only down side was dealing with all the insects. Used a ton of bug spray. Looking forward to another vacation here. "
