NOT ONLY DID HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEK OF FAMILY TIME TOGETHER, OUR YOUNGEST SON GOT MARRIED ON THE BEACH AT SUNSET ON MONDAY THE 22ND. IT WAS TRULY A BEATIFUL WEEK FOR ALL OF US. Great Rental Post Hurricane Michael

"My wife and I and our small pet stayed here for the month of February. We really appreciated the owners' diligence in making repairs caused by Hurricane Michael (less than 30% of the property rentals were ready for their guests). The home is spotless, spacious and modern with excellent proximity and views of the beach and oh so private compared to other homes with through traffic and lots of neighbours given the growing popularity of the area. The only hiccup we had was that the home owner of one of the beachfront homes tried to block access to the beach via the footpath by having several tree trunks placed across the pathway - really not cool and so unnecessary. I was able to move them and hope the owners can ensure this will not happen in the future as we are planning to come back in 2020. Aside from that, a great experience and we can hardly wait to return."

Great Week in Indian Pass

"Our family had a wonderful time, on our stay at "Beach Happy," over our Spring Break! "Beach Happy," is a lovely home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. Nights were chilly during our week, and we appreciated the extra blankets provided. We have been coming to Indian Pass since 1997, we love the uncrowded beach. We have rented many homes along this very stretch of. Indian. Pass beach over the years. This home, is now, our favorite, in Indian Pass. Although it is not "beach-front," we had beautiful views of the beach and Indian Pass Lagoon, from the balconies. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the beach bonfires we made. A couple days it was even warm enough to swim in the pool. We were impressed with Sunset Reflections, the management company, they were attentive and helpful, and very organized. We are looking forward to returning to "Beach Happy," again . "

"We had a great time at Beach Happy! It was so nice having our own pool. Beach Happy is in a small area with 3 other houses. All 3 were empty, so we had a nice, relaxing vacation alone. The house was beautiful, well supplied, and we were very thankful it was pet friendly. "

"The house was beautiful, spacious and CLEAN! For it to be a pet friendly house I was nervous about the previous renter's animals, but when we arrived it was perfect. Close to the beach and a pool steps away! I will be back! The people in the office were awesome and so helpful when I asked for a short stay they made it happen! Great customer service.

"We would highly recommend renting this vacation home from Sunset Reflections! The house was better than expected, it was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it came nicely furnished. Even though this wasn't beachfront property it was only a short walk and we still had a nice view of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and plan on returning soon."

"My family visited at the end of September and had a terrific time. The beach was near empty and the other three houses on the lot were too. We had the place almost all to ourselves. We really wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle and this was the perfect place to do it. The pool kept the kids busy and we had everything we needed in the house. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean!"
