This home sleeps 12 with 10 being in dedicated beds and an additional 2 on the sleeper sofa located in the living room. Take in the atmosphere from multiple private decks, furnished with classic rocking chairs and patio seating. A truly great first tier beach rental.
Enter on the main level to a sun-filled living, kitchen and dining area, which opens onto a sweeping deck with views of the ocean and private pool. For lazy days indoors, have a seat at the charming writing desk, or sink into one of two full-length sofas to watch the large-screen TV.
A 6-seat formal dining table easily doubles as a place for games and kids’ books, of which you’ll find many! Four high-top stools at the breakfast bar offer additional seating for large groups at dinner. With new, stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils you need to enjoy the plentiful seafood of Cape San Blas, the fully equipped kitchen may inspire your inner chef. You’ll also have a private gas grill just outside for even more meal options.

This brightly decorated room, painted lemon-yellow with nautical decor, sleeps up to four guests. You’ll also find kids’ books and a reading bench. Guests share the full bathroom in the hallway.
When you wake in the morning, head to the ocean for a walk along the beach or grab a poolside chair or lounger and relax by the private pool. As part of “Old Florida,” with a slower pace and fewer crowds than surrounding areas, Indian Pass is an ideal escape for families looking to savor stress-free moments together.
Spend evenings building bonfires or roasting marshmallows and hot dogs under the stars, and mornings collecting shells on virtually secluded shores. You can even take a moonlit horseback ride on the beach at Cape San Blas, a five minute drive away. Saint Vincent's Refuge, a National Wildlife Reserve, and St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park, are both less than 10 minutes away. With on-site parking, you can easily explore it all.
