The first floor of the home features a stylish and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counterpace for meal prep, as well as stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Access to a balcony is situated off the kitchen. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen.
The living room is situated just off the dining area. It comes replete with plenty of comfortable seating, a flatscreen wall-mounted TV, and access to the home’s front balcony with outdoor seating.
There’s a king-sized bedroom on the first floor with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, closet space, and access to a balcony.
There is a bathroom located down the hall that features a walk-in shower with a rain head shower system, as well as a spacious vanity.
