Follow the path down the beach lane until you arrive at a place where Dreams Do Come True— a three-bedroom home on a pristine stretch of sand that curves into the peaceful Gulf of Mexico. With sleeping space for up to 10 people, this bright, three-story oasis has enough square footage for your whole family to spread out, relax, and savor the serene, beachy vibe of “the Cape.”
The ground floor of Dreams Do Come True has all the amenities your crew needs for an unforgettable beach getaway. A large deck and a privacy fence surround a sparkling pool and sitting spa. *Please note that pool heat is not available. Soak up the sunshine on comfy lounge chairs. Grill juicy burgers or freshly-caught fish from the Gulf on the gas grill. A quaint welcoming foyer on the ground level features a convenient washer and dryer. There’s also a spacious outdoor shower for washing off salty skin and sandy toes before heading inside.
Dreams Do Come True has a unique layout. The living and dining spaces are located on the top floor while most of the bedrooms and sleeping spaces are located one story below. The light-filled living area is wide open and features tasteful, neutral furnishings with pops of beachy teal and salmon. The updated kitchen has crisp white cabinets and a charming subway tile backsplash. A peninsula bar has seating for three, while a driftwood-inspired dining table has bench-style seating.
Slide open the glass door and step out onto the spacious third-floor balcony. From up here above the swaying palm trees, you’ll have a view of the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax out here in the mornings with a warm mug of fresh coffee and listen to the rustle of the palm fronds in the sea breeze and the call of coastal birds. In the evenings, pour a glass of wine or mix a mojito and kick back on the deck as the sun dips into the Gulf.
Dreams Do Come True sleeps 10 people across 3 bedrooms and one flexible living/sleeping space.
First Bedroom- Second Floor
With a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed with two twin-sized beds, this room has space for up to four people. Step out onto the first-floor balcony from the sliding glass door. This room also has direct access to the full bathroom, which can also be reached from the hallway.
Primary Suite- Second Floor
The primary suite has a king-sized bed and private en suite bathroom with double vanity. A large sliding glass door leads out to the first-floor balcony with views of the pool and beach.
Living and Sleeping Space- Second Floor
In between the second floor bedrooms is a versatile living/sleeping space with a twin trundle day bed that sleeps two people. This day bed can also serve as a sofa when not in use. The first-floor balcony can be accessed from this room as well.
Third Bedroom- Third Floor
This bedroom features a king-sized bed and has direct access to the full bathroom, which also can be reached from the living area.
The pristine beaches of Cape San Blas are only a quick stroll from your front door— simply throw a beach towel over your shoulder and you’re good to go. Dip your toes in the clear, aquamarine water and watch for playful dolphins in the waves. Rent a kayak or paddleboard and get out into the surf. Build sandcastles, collect seashells, watch the pelicans, or simply sit back in your beach chair and relax. You’ll also enjoy the laid-back, old-Florida feel of locally-owned Cape San Blas restaurants and shops to explore.
