North Cape San Blas "Emerald Bay Cabin" 7163 Leeward Street

Emerald Bay Cabin is a lovely three-bedroom home, located on the bay side of Cape San Blas, with deeded access to St. Joe Bay from the front of the home, as well as the beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk. With its spacious open floor plan and spectacular outdoor space that includes boat parking and cleaning access, this home is the perfect launching pad for your Forgotten Coast adventure!
The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything necessary to prepare a gourmet meal for the family to enjoy at the six-seat dining table. Guests can have cocktails on the home's wrap-around deck, while taking in the splendid bay views. The living room comes replete with a flat screen TV, access to the deck, seating for seven, a vaulted ceiling, as well as a wall of windows from which to enjoy the water view.
At the end of the day, guests can retire to one of the two first floor bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with bunk beds that can sleep four. There is also a full-bath and laundry room on this floor. The second level features a king-sized primary bedroom, with an en suite bathroom. You can even catch a glimpse of the Gulf from here!

We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. For guests bringing their boat, there is a public boat launch at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park which provides access to both the Bay and Gulf about a mile from the home.
Please note that guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
