This swim spa provides hot tub seating for 10 or you can get your exercise on by swimming against the current. Park Point also has a community pool shared by only homes in this neighborhood.

Sandy Dunes is nestled in a park-like setting with paved roads and street lights, and although it is not on the beach, it has a beautiful view of the Bay thru the state park entrance and a short walk to the beach thru Park Point's private beach access.
We welcome your dog for an additional pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement.
