The home features a reverse floorplan with the living room, kitchen, and dining areas on the top floor. The stylish and well-equipped kitchen comes replete with a large breakfast bar that seats 4, stainless-steel appliances, and ample counterspace for meal-prep.
The dining area—with a table that can easily accommodate 8—is located off the kitchen. Here guests can enjoy their meals while admiring the views from the windows that look out onto the screened-in porch and the bay beyond it. Access to the screened-in porch, with its Adirondack chairs and gas-grill, is located off the dining room.
The spacious living room—with its 2 sofas and a large Smart flatscreen TV—is off the dining area. The room is the perfect spot to gather and watch the latest blockbuster or admire the stunning bay views from the wall of windows.
There is a half-bath off the living room, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower on the ground level—ideal for getting the sand off after a day at the beach.
Guests can get some rest in one of four comfortable bedrooms located on the first floor:
Bedroom 1
Ideal for children, this bedroom features two built-in bunk beds: one is a full-over-full and the other is a twin-over-twin. This bedroom has its own flatscreen TV, as well a full bathroom with a shower-over-tub.

King-sized primary bedroom with deck and bay views, closet, dresser, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
