Take a leisurely stroll to the beach just 2 short blocks away, or rent a golf cart, the best way to explore the surrounding neighborhood.
Ideal for large family gatherings, Sugar Magnolia features open living spaces, multiple balconies, and privacy for individual guests, including a private bathroom for every bedroom.
The two-story home opens with an open-concept living area featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors and whimsical decor inviting guests to feel at home. Relax on one of the sofas, or gather around the 8-seat dining table for fresh seafood and conversation. The gourmet kitchen boasts high-end appliances, quartz countertops and a spacious island, with four stools at the breakfast bar to inspire social cooking.
The living area opens onto a covered veranda, ideal for leisurely evenings spent sharing stories of the day’s adventures, from scalloping to shelling. When you’re ready to retire, step upstairs to find four spacious bedroom suites, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests:

The upper level also boasts a spacious balcony where guests can sip morning coffee in the sea breeze. A large private laundry room and half-bathroom on the main level add convenience.
Outside, find space for kids to play and plenty of room for cars and golf carts. Guest can rent a golf cart belonging to this home for an additional fee.
At Jubilation’s gulf-front community pool you’ll find lounge chairs and cafe tables to enjoy a beach read or soak up the sun. For more adventurous days, hop on the 18-mile paved trail for strolling, skating or cycling, or take a drive into Port St. Joe to explore the shops, galleries and restaurants. Stroll by the historic lighthouse, or visit the kid-friendly Salinas Park, which has a playground, picnic table and fire pit.
