The open concept living area is located on the first floor. Here, guests will find a stylish and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats four.
The living room is located off the kitchen and features comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a window that overlooks the screened-in porch, as well as the stunning blue-green water in the distance.
The screened-in porch comes replete with plenty of outdoor seating. Here, guests can enjoy their morning coffee, a drink in the evening or a home cooked meal al fresco, while taking in the sights and sounds of the gulf.
At the end of a busy day, guests can get some rest in one of three bedrooms:
The primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home. It comes replete with a king-sized bed, access to the screened-in porch, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub.
The remaining two guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower-over tub.
The first bedroom has a captains bunk bed with an additional trundle twin, making it ideal for children. There is also access to the second-floor deck from this room.
The second bedroom on this floor features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, as well as access to the second-floor deck.
For your convenience this home comes equipped with a washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower.
This home does welcome up to 2 dogs with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
NOTE- There is an RV lot which may be rented directly adjacent to the home on one side.
