Welcome to Salty Pearl on beautiful Cape San Blas, formerly known as Eagle's Nest. This home is situated just a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico and features beautiful sunset views and a private pool. The beautiful kitchen features granite countertops, white subway tile back-splash, walk-in pantry , center island stove top with overhead vent, stainless appliances, and over-sized center island with room to seat 8 for casual dining. The living area also provides coastal casual living with Large sectional, wrap around porch access, and large screen TV.
The large loft area on the top floor was designed to provide extraordinary panoramic Gulf views. From the Queen bed on the main level, to lush landscaping that provides outdoor privacy, extra-wide covered porches, private pool, and a porch swing perched high above the other houses, Salty Pearl provides many extra amenities, making this home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That's right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

• Full surround extra-wide porch with swing and steps to ground level
Third Floor
• Gulf-side King room with en-suite bath and door to balcony with swing
• Gulf-side King room with en suite bath and door to balcony with swing
• Bayside Queen room with en suite bath
• Two twin over twin bunk bedroom with en suite bath
• Full laundry room with laundry sink
Fourth Floor
• Loft with a daybed with trundle. Also, sunrise/sunset desk
• Extraordinary views, almost 360 degrees
The U-shaped driveway provides extra parking possibilities for motorized toys. No need for backing into tight spaces, enter at Hartley Lane and exit on Cape San Blas Road.
This beach home accommodates 14.
We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.

Easter Break

"Great house, wonderful week. Lots of stairs (but all the houses in the Cape have lots of stairs). This house also has lots of room (appreciate all the bathrooms!); comfortable beds. Kitchen / living area was a good size for gathering; plenty of kitchen cooking pots/pans. Bring all you need: salt/spices, garbage bags, aluminum foil, plastic bags, coffee filters, etc. One roll of paper towels and two cubes for the dishwasher are provided; bring or plan to buy what you use (blow dryer). Bring beach towels; one white set is provided for every person and they aren’t for use at the pool/beach. Great porch! we loved sitting outside but the house could use more seating and more tables on the deck to accommodate 16. Also, would have loved more pool lounges, seating and shade around the pool area. Easy walk to the beach….but there are stairs at all the access points so the beach wagons weren’t all that helpful. Great fish cleaning sink and outdoor shower. We had a great week, weather was wonderful & we would recommend this home to anyone needing the space!"

Great house with a great location

"We loved this house! It's close proximity to the beach was great. The kids loved the huge porch to run around during the evening rain we had. We all loved the porch swing. Lots and lots of steps but it was a great way to get your exercise for the day! The pool was perfect - the kids were able to swim in the rain while the adults were sheltered by the huge deck. All in all a great house in a great location - we will be back!"

Wonderful Stay

"We loved Eagle's Nest. It was close to the beach, just a short walk away. The house was big and clean. We enjoyed the wrap around porch and the swimming pool as well. The only drawback was the amount of stairs you had to climb to each level. It would have been nice to have an elevator to use. Walking up large amounts of luggage and food items to each level was very tiring. But we would stay there again since we did enjoy our stay. "
