Located in the gated South Beach community of Cape San Blas, Cape Indulgence is an elegant gulf-front retreat with panoramic ocean views, and a private boardwalk to the beach.
With spacious entertainment areas indoors and out, the four-level home opens with a covered al fresco dining and grilling area with bar, a small fire pit, and an outdoor lounge area on the ground floor. Just beneath the covered entry is a private swimming pool and spill-over spa. An outdoor shower and fish-cleaning station add convenience, while a doggie door and fenced-in pet area make it easy to bring the four-legged members of your family. We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.
Just inside the formal entryway is a private elevator, which whisks you -- and your luggage -- to the second level, where an open-concept great room welcomes you with natural light and elegant decor, including a self-playing mini grand piano. Claim a leather recliner and unwind in front of the large TV, get cozy in the seating area by the gas fireplace, or take in the sea air on the impressive wrap-around deck. You’ll find plenty of lounge furniture.
In the evening, gather around the 10-seat formal dining table or one of 4 seats at the breakfast bar for a large family dinner. When you’re in the mood to indulge your inner chef, a gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, high-end appliances, two refrigerators and a wine cooler.

Above the upper level is a furnished screened porch with access to a private bonus room, ideal for older kids and teens. A great space known as "The Hangout". This room also has a smart TV. Guests of this room have a bathroom on the third floor. *NOTE- you must cross a screened breezeway to access this room. There is no direct access from inside the home. There is no closet in this room.
Cape Indulgence also features a spacious laundry room on the third floor, and one single-car garage on the ground level. From your convenient location, you’ll have easy access to all the adventure of Cape San Blas, including boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling and fishing. Spend your days relaxing under an umbrella on your white-sand beach, soaking up the Florida sun from the gulf, or wandering the shores in search of sea treasures. However you choose to enjoy your Cape San Blas vacation, you’ll have an elegant place to call home at Cape Indulgence.
*While this home has an elevator, it is intended as a bonus amenity and we cannot guarantee access to it. Our intention is to allow full access but due to possible unexpected mechanical failure, this cannot be a guarantee for all guests.
