The bright, open-plan living area is located on the main level of the home. Here you’ll find a stylish, well-equipped kitchen, replete with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area is located just off the kitchen and features a large dining table with seating for eight.
The cozy living room is located adjacent to the dining area. Replete with a flatscreen TV, plush sofa, and two accent chairs, this is the perfect spot to gather at the end of a fun-filled day on the beach. There is also a full bath with a shower-over tub off the living area.
Access to the screened-in porch with outdoor furniture is located off the living room. Here, guests can kick back and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning while taking in the fresh sea air.
At the end of a busy day basking in the sun, guests can get some rest in one of three well-appointed bedrooms:
The spacious primary bedroom is located on the main level of the home. It features a comfortable King-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, two dressers, and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bath comes replete with a dual vanity, and a walk-in shower. Guests have access to the backyard from this bedroom.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The children in your group will enjoy the bunk room, with its flatscreen TV, along with plenty of board games. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen-sized bed, a flatscreen TV, as well as a closet and dresser. The two bedrooms on this level share a bathroom with a shower-over tub.
For your convenience this home has room for four cars. There is also a washer and dryer, as well as an outdoor shower.

We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
The road this home is on does occasionally hold water in two spots. During abnormally high rainfall, it can require an SUV to access.
