There are three-bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, and the top floor features a fourth bedroom with a twin pullout along with a living space. Each bedroom includes a new Smart TV. Each floor offers screened porches, perfect for lounging or a sunset dinner. Cook for the family in the well-equipped kitchen, replete with stainless-steel appliances, stand-alone ice maker and breakfast bar. Or use the gas grill to prepare a beach BBQ. The home is across the street from the beach and it's only about a two minute walk to the closest beach access.

We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
