A spacious, open floor plan on the second level greets new guests with hardwood floors, high-ceilings and breezy, tropical colors. A wall of picture windows and French doors leading to the wrap-around deck allows sunlight to flood this area. The living area, styled in New England cottage decor, offers multiple cozy sitting areas, including a full-length sofa and loveseat facing a wood-burning fireplace wall-mounted, large-screen TV.
A nautical-themed dining table with wicker furniture and a country-style bench seats 8 guests for dinners prepared in the gourmet kitchen, where stainless steel appliances and granite countertops will inspire your family chef.
On breezy summer nights, dine al fresco on the deck to enjoy the salty air and sounds of nature, then cap your night with a glass of wine on the porch swing.
Upstairs is a massive primary suite with a king-sized bed and private living area, including two full-length sofas framing a fireplace and large-screen TV. This room also features a luxurious en-suite bath with a jetted tub and step-in shower, and entrance to a private furnished deck with Gulf of Mexico views in the distance.
This level also features a generous queen bedroom and kid-friendly bunk room with a twin-over-full bed and trundle, with a flat-screen TV and private entrance to the wrap-around deck. These rooms share a full bath with combination shower/tub.
Take a spiral staircase from this level to a roomy, open crow’s nest offering panoramic coastal views.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the main level. Each offers a private entrance to the wrap-around deck. One offers a king-size bed and the other is a queen-size bed. Guests have easy access to a full shared bath with combination shower/tub.
Designed for families and large groups, Coastal Comfort is filled with inviting conversation areas, indoors and out. Relax with friends on the wrap-around decks, or lounge by the saltwater pool (which can be heated for an additional fee), enclosed by a privacy fence.
For a day at the beach, take a short stroll to the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. An outdoor shower and washer & dryer for your convenience await when you return.
We are happy welcome up to 2 dogs, with a weight limit of 30lbs or less, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200.
