A screen door off the back deck will take you outside to a sandy path in the seagrass. Follow the path down to a weathered wood boardwalk that leads out to a dock in the bay. The unique ecosystem of the bay is like walking into your own private aquarium. Discover starfish, sand dollars, or scallops in the tides. Watch the entertaining pelicans dive for their dinner. Hop in a kayak and keep an eye out for stingrays and sea turtles. Grab your fishing pole and catch some sea trout, kingfish, or flounder for dinner.
When you want to head out and experience the local flavor, some of the area’s best restaurants are only a short drive away. All the shops and restaurants offer that classic Cape San Blas old-school charm. Escape to the natural beauty of Sweet Nancy’s Bay House and experience the unspoiled bliss of a holiday on the Cape.
